Visited the mall to celebrate my son’s birthday. Getting a pretzel was one of the things he was looking forward to most, only to find out they wouldn’t take cash payments. I could be wrong, but I think there is a house bill in TN requiring retailers to accept cash payments. Either way, it was super disappointing.

They did not have the hot dogs ready and refused to make them. Wow, I gave my business to Wetzel’s Pretzels they had the hotdogs readily available with great customer service.

The cashier was so kind and nice and the service was so quick !
The lady was very rude. I went to get the mini dogs. They only had one left and it was half filled. I asked the lady if they wear making more for when I passed back and she looked at me like I never said a word. So I asked again and she did the same thing. They do not have no customers service. I would not recommend going there. I was at the mall in Nashville my first time there because I came from out of town. This will also be my last.

Just bought original pretzels bites.I didnt like how soft chewy and fluffy they were.Reminded me of eating pizza for some reason.just soft and tasteless.The girls serving today were nice.But the food is a no for me.1st time here and Won't be back I promise you.

I saw all the bad reviews but none of that issue. The employee was actually attentive and the pretzel taste good and warm.Maybe it's a certain shift that's garbage? I went after 5PM on a weekday

Absolutely awful experience every time I give them another chance. Horrible service. Pretty much every employee here needs to be fired so they can have a chance at starting fresh. Left here and went to Wetzel Pretzel, where they were happy to have my business and the food was fresh.

I attempted to order through the Uber East app that this store is apart of. When I called to inquire about my order that has YET to arrive, the store manager told me she was too busy to inquire about my order and to call Uber Eats about it. The non-chalant attitude regarding my order was distasteful and very disappointing, because this was my scheduled lunch. Do not order from this location.

I came by for a quick snack while shopping and the employee had the lights off, was rude (but felt the need to put out the tip jar in between orders?), and after I watched him make fresh pretzels he then turned around and then gave me pretzel bites that looked like they had sat out all night. I didn’t eat them and just threw them away, unfortunately there was no one to speak to about getting a refund!
