Their burgers are OFF THE CHAIN! O-rings, too. Unfortunately, I just had their fried chk sandwich Doordashed. It is inedibly salty. There's not enough beer in the world to choke this thing down. OMG! I will cut off part of this and challenge the Baam owners to taste it. It's so salty that I can ASSURE the owners that it will survive the trip to wherever.

I literally just ordered, received, and ate this burger. It was a very ugly burger but it was the best tasting thing I've had from a burger joint in FOREVER. The cheese was melted through the thin patties and the fries I got were perfectly salted. Also with it being open so late, and probably a good portion of people are ordering right now if arrived in no time. Definitely would try more, I got a basic cheese burger.
P.S. I didn't go into this store so I gave it a neutral star.

⭐ Review for BAAM Burger (Nashville, TN) ⭐ I visited BAAM Burger for the first time and was really impressed with the burger — the food was delicious, and everything came out fresh. However, my experience was unfortunately ruined by the situation with the shakes.
The staff member, Albina, told us the shake machine was only working for online orders or had only been up for about 30 minutes, which didn’t make sense — especially since we saw shakes being made for other people. That felt dishonest and inconsistent. If shakes aren’t available, that should be clearly stated instead of advertising them and then refusing to make them for some customers.
I was excited to try a shake since it was my first time visiting, but being misled and not given a clear explanation was very disappointing. BAAM Burger has great food, but better honesty and communication from staff — especially Albina — would make the customer experience much better.

The food here is decent. I had the chicken burger and I enjoyed the crispiness and juiciness of the chicken, but it was a bit too salty and needed more Baam Sauce. The fries were disappointing. They were fresh, but not entirely fried through. Still, I would come back and give them another try, maybe a burger.
One of the few places open late that wasn't a food truck. Prices were cheap for Nashville, and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the smash burger. You get plenty of food for what you pay for, and the service was quick.

I have been passing this restaurant up almost every day and today I decided to try it..I was extremely impressed by the quality of both the food and the service.. literally had my order but With in 5 minutes after finding a set...I ordered the double baam cheese burger with mushrooms and it was large and in charge and the price was pretty good for downtown Nashville very satisfied 😁
