This is a review for the one in Vanderbilt first and last time I’ll ever eat there Lady was extremely rude she was talking about us in Spanish saying to her coworker how overweight customers where and laughing she didn’t even wrap the burrito or tuck the sides in when she put guacamole in the burrito half of it made it to the outside of the burrito she didn’t even ask me the cold items to go onto my burrito

This is a review for the location in Vanderbilt medical center. I only had a choice of chicken or ground beef as they did not have any of their other options available. I got a chicken burrito my husband got a naked burrito. Way too expensive. $20 for two items. I took one bite of my burrito and there was a huge 2 in chicken bone in my mouth. Okay that happens sometimes I understand. But the customer service sucked. They acted like I was asking way too much of them to let me exchange my chicken burrito for ground beef. The gentleman said we don't normally do things like that. Not one apology. Just blank stairs few words and very unprofessional

This is a review for the location inside Vanderbilt University Medical Center. The food is always good. This location is not always open at night but when they are open there is a long wait for someone to come to wait on you. Then without fail there is something they don't hv or it isn't made but u pay the same price. So alot of waisted time or you paying for something they don't hv.

Excellent spot for quality Tacos. very filling. really nothing but great experiences here, so i will be back. it has a great interior. atmosphere is similar to a cafe in san jose i loved.

The Baja Fresh just reopened in the Vandy cafe. To celebrate they were giving out free quest with entree purchase and it tempted me. I ordered a steak quesadilla, watch them load it with the steak and requested toppings. When I get to the end of the line the employee first tries to give me a bag with a burrito. I explained I had ordered a steak quesadilla. He gave me the charge slip for steak quesadilla and a box with a quesadilla in it. I walked the 10 minutes back to my office to find a chicken quesadilla in my box. Also they must’ve made so many chips in advance for the free promo that the chips were stale. Very disappointed my this experience and will likely never return to this location.

The absolute worst burrito I've had. Not fresh in any meaning of the word. The lady behind the counter was very nice but the food.... wouldn't give it to my enemies.

Nice oasis when I was stranded in VA Hospital with husband and their cafeteria was closed. Was a great variety of different restaurants for "to go" items. Was great to find hot and fresh cooked foods - not just vending machines.

Love this place. Had not been to a Baja Fresh in a long time and it's as great as it was the last time I had it. It is located in the Vanderbilt medical center. Wishing they would open one up closer to the area I live in.

You'd be better off eating at Taco Bell. Overly expensive and they give you more lettuce than whatever meat you've chosen. The people that work there say that they would not eat there. That's a major red flag ?
