The Bajo bowl salad was Elite. So much energy. The Queso was emotionally supportive. I had to walk through a hunting trade show so I needed all the help I could get. I went saying I’m just grabbing something quick and suddenly I was scraping the bottom of the bowl. So satisfying. Zero notes. Would absolutely plan my day around eating here again.

Came here after visiting the Country Music Hall of Fame. It was accessible through the gift shop. I had a spiked lemonade and my parents shared, quote, ‘the best loaded quesadilla I’ve ever had’. High praise- would definitely return.

We were looking for a place to eat and the smell coming from Bajo Taco was amazing. We went in to order and the staff was very helpful and super positive. The food was good. This is a good spot to grab a quick lunch while out and about downtown.
