The food was not delicious, I couldn't finish my sandwich because the bread was very dry, the shrimp roll has no flavor and we noticed that there was a dead cockroach in one of the straw containers. Bad experience đ”âđ« I will not return.

I got a BBQ pork bun bowl and a taro harvest drink. The drink was pretty good, but the bun bowl was absolutely disappointing. The meat was extra dry and the noodle used was not ideal for a bun bowl, it is more suited for making spring rolls.

Had the black milk tea boba and the flavor was questionable. It tasted manure-like, border-line earthy. I actually never tasted a black milk tea like this before so that was a unique experience. Couldn't tell if it was a bad batch or my lack of knowledge in tea. I had to come back from that with the help of their winter melon milk tea. Their customer service wasn't spectacular but fine. Atmosphere seems cool.

We picked up food to go and ate it within 30 minutes. The salad and vegetables were fresh enough. The pork in the noodle bowl was so old and of poor quality that it was inedible. The fish sauce had an off putting taste and added to the overall rough experience. We tried, but it stayed in the fridge for 2 days and I threw out almost complete meals.

I was at a spa next door (Chao nail bar) and they always get my order for drinks fromBanh mi but last week, they said you have to go to the store and order it or you can place an order from your phone. I was in the middle of pedicure so obviously I couldnât go place an order at the restaurant but I ordered on their website as they instructed. They never brought my order to me. After I was done with the spa, I went there to pick up my order, they said, you have to drive 12 mins from here to another location to pick up your order because we send all online order there to pick up. I had a flight after, so obviously I didnât have time to pick up this order. Thatâs the only reason Iâm giving them 1/5 stars. My review doesnât reflect the quality of their food, but merely their business model.

Brought my son here to pickup some lunch today. Just ordered banh mis to go with spring rolls, one with no jalapenos. Received dry banh mis with idk what kind of meat on it. Looks like spam and turkey sausage. Supposed to be pork belly. They don't answer the phone, so I was unable to fix the situation.

Found Banh mi and roll + after appt at Vandy. The service was quick and attentive. The banh mi were delicious. My date enjoyed the 5-spice chicken. My favorite was the pork Saigonese. It had perfectly toasted roll, crunchy pickled daikon, pate, delicious pork, deli meats, great sauces. The shrimp fresh rolls were tasty too. Located right off Hillsborough next to a nail salon. Worth the trip!
