It’s ~10 years since I came to Nashville /barista parlor but was surprised at how the quality has changed. Super friendly baristas but the cappuccinos were bubbly foam and blazing hot. The shop def has a less pretentious vibe than 2016 hippie era but i do miss the high quality bevs :(
I used to get my coffee beans here because they have good, interesting coffee. I stopped buying their coffee because lately whenever I go they no longer have coffee in stock except for decaf.

I got the drip coffee which was very good. The staff was very friendly. I also got the sausage breakfast biscuit and thought it was excellent

The Hillsboro Village location combines Barista Parlor’s signature style with a cozy, neighborhood feel. It’s a vibrant spot that caters to students, professionals, and coffee enthusiasts alike. The vanilla lattes here are crafted with precision, and the inviting atmosphere makes it a perfect place to unwind or catch up with friends. A true gem in the village.

I ordered a pour over coffee - it was lukewarm and extremely bitter. Not worth the $8 at all. I couldn’t even drink the whole cup of coffee.

Great vibe, not too loud. Quick service despite only one barista. Ordered an Irish whisker, quite good. I travel frequently for work and try a plethora of shops and this was a nice treat.

We walked in at 3:45 to grab a quick cup of coffee. We were aware they closed at 4, but we were told they would only serve us cold brew because they had already dumped all of the hot coffee and were not willing to do a pour over for us. The kitchen was closed- understandably so, but they won’t serve hot coffee 15 minutes before closing time? We have been barista parlor customers for years and are extremely disappointed in the customer service (or lack of) that we received.

A small refuge in the espresso desert that is Nashville! This location is definitely the best one.
The food is meh, but the coffee is excellent.

Hands down best coffee we found in Hillsboro. The milk temperature is just right. If you’re in this hood, this is the spot.

Baristas were very nice, place is very cozy and clean. But two 8oz lattes for 18$ is very pricey… and definitely not worth it.
Some of the best coffee in Nashville. Pricey, but worth it.
