We visited this coffee shop among many others and man this was definitely the best! Ricky and Cordele were working and had the best customer service we got to experience. They were both super friendly and knew what they were talking about. This coffee shop is where it’s at. If you want some good espresso and friendly vibes this is the place for it!

Great coffee shop in the W hotel. The staff was excellent, and the coffee was insanely good. My coffee of choice in Nashville.Parking: Parking lot is across the street from the hotel. Only grabbing coffee and in and out first 20 or 30 minutes is free.
Drinks came out very quickly. Delicious. The Headless Horseman was just a touch too sweet for our liking, so we added some creamer. However, an absolutely beautiful storefront. Great study and coffee spot!

Terrible service. Too woke. Took 30 minutes to get the wrong coffee. Multiple orders were served before us. Woman at the cashier was rude and wasn't making it any easier on the barista. Seemed like everyone working there was unorganized.
