I usually have a good experience. My hubby and I frequent this location. I had sent a co-worker to get us a dessert and the order wasnt right, upon my return the staff member/Shift leader (NOVA) was very RUDE made accusations that we ate out of the ice cream. Refused to service me and told me I could leave. I then requested to speak to a manager. She pulls out her cell phone and calls only to speak with him and explain her side of the story. I wasnt allowed to speak with the manager. After manager approval she did replace our order but she did so in a VERY NASTY manner threw the items on the counter refusing to bag or give spoons for ice cream. I plan to reach out to Franchise owner. #VeryDissatisfied

I was disappointed with this Baskin Robins. The scoops of ice cream that they give are crazy small and look nothing like the advertised photos. The price you pay for what they give you isn’t worth it.

This place is amazing great customer service. It was busy while I went in but they did their best to get me out in a good amount of time. Did an amazing job saying “Hello how are you” and also had smiles on their face. Felt very homey and will come back again!!!!!!!!!!😃 (P.S very good milk shakes)

The cake was absolutely delicious! It was fresh, and soft. Everyone loved the taste. Highly recommend for any occasion!

Amazing customer service, the workers were quick and made my experience good. The workers handled my food carefully and made my order very good. Would eat again here.

Couldn't use my reward points or gain points during my purchase mgr didn't even attempt to honor the coupon via digital means made my experience horrible I will go to Brusters instead there ice cream is more creamier anyway!

The manager at this location is very unprofessional. He was telling his employee what he was doing wrong this and that, all in front of customers. Just so unprofessional! I get it.. a job is a job, but do not be unprofessional and do that in front of customers? I hope that employee quits and finds something better! He was so sweet. He was our cashier, so sweet!!

Do better management!

The ice-cream was good in a cup. The milkshakes have way to much milk in them. Not much flavor in the shakes, very weak. You could also tell that the lady helping us did not want to be there. I understand people have bad day but when people tell you thank you every chance they can at least give them a your welcome.

Baskin-Robbins has truly transformed under the wonderful new management! The staff is warm and welcoming, the store sparkles with cleanliness, and every scoop of ice cream tastes delightful. Their cakes are also beautifully made and absolutely delicious. A lovely experience from start to finish — highly recommended!

I went to Baskin Robbins at 8:30. The door was shut in my face. They close at 9.

This location is clean and friendly!! Thank you for this awesome ice cream cake for my sones Birthday we all enjoyed ever bit of it!!

It's the best ice cream in town. A nice little helpers. My entire family loves them banana splits.

We came in with a group of 45 only 20 minutes until they closed. The 4 workers, smiled and had us all through the line and paid in 13 minutes. Incredible!

Ice cream is good and they have ice cream and it has the flavors and the flavors are heckin tasty af and it is really good.

Staff was attentive and friendly and service was quick.
