Don’t go to this Baskin-Robbins, the person they have in charge is scary looking, and he has no idea of what is going on.

Service was terrible. Two employees were sitting in the lobby chilling, no rush to take my order. I asked for a specific flavor but was told it was in the freezer and he didn't want to go back and get it. I settled on other flavors. Should have just told me he didn't have it and that would have been the end of that. Probably won't visit this location as again.

Worse experience ever…

Me and my daughter went in to buy couple smoothies and some ice cream, first, for a few nobody was willing to attend us, when someone went (young girl), my daughter asked her for a Mangonada to what she was evidently annoyed starting asking to the other girl about how to to them (maybe she is new, I don’t know but well, we tried to ignore the situation), next thing she got to the blender not knowing what she was doing, whole asking to the other girl (evidently more experienced) she wasn’t willing to help at all, was answering annoyed and not caring about us or her.

She took some considerable time as there was like 5 more persons served for the other girl while we was still waiting , next, we ordered a Strawberry Smoothie (she repeated from her own voice “smoothie “?, yes, we said), she rolled her eyes again, asked the other girl again how to do it, to what she again didn’t help much, the girl started doing it pouring some milk and 3 balls of Icecream, my daughter was looking and said “i thought smoothies didn’t have milk at all” to what I looked back to their menu and she was right it wasn’t (it even say “not dairy “), I went to her and asked her if she was confused doing a Freeze (milk, icecream and ice) cause we asked for a smoothie (not milk) she said “smoothie?” Yes I said, she annoyed role her eyes like if we were the ones who didn’t properly ask.

Next thing one girl look to each other on an annoyed way while the other girl kept serving other customers, she again asked how to doit and she put a scoop of ice cream (instead of fresh fruit as promised), she did a mess that she couldn’t even put it on the cup that she has to use like 5 cups, she gave it to us (not full), but anyways at that point all I wanted was to leave, I asked for my ice cream and showed to her which cone I wanted and she being rude asked me which cone (while I was pointing at it), she gave it to us, we paid, we paid to the other girl who also was on a bad mood , she was even eating while we were paying.

As we was leaving , I saw the other girl very smily attending other clients which made me wonder if was a racist person ? (cause me and my daughter was speaking Spanish between us), worse experience ever on a Basking Robins.

It amazes me that you all can know the popularity of an ice cream flavor but refuse to stock your freezer accordingly. Smh. Maybe you all will learn some day. Either that or find employees who actually want to work.

A single scoop sundae is 6.73! That's a gallon at the store, and a meal at another restaurant. Bidens recession is gonna kill so many buisness. When it costs a family of 4 $50 to just go for ice cream, then families won't go get ice cream

The owners are very money hungry. If you have a coupon or special they skimp and try to scam. Really weird. Quality is very good so if you’re menu ordering it’s probably great.

The two employees that assisted me this Fri. Aug. 26th night were Awesome!I came in after 9 pm (running errands for others) & they were friendly, professional, & efficient while I waited for someone to text back more information about what they wanted. Meanwhile, they took care of other late night patrons in the same manner, which I think is very commendable esp. considering it was near the end of what was surely a busy day (a very hot/humid Friday in Nashville!).Obv a well run store; good job ?
