Sign says open...ice cream covered up 25 min before 10:00 PM on a Football Friday Night.
I used to love stopping in here and since it closed and reopened, I have gone 3 times in last year and the service has been terrible. Honestly getting worse each visit. There were two teens working one with an headphones in scooping the ice cream and the other just stood there. Neither one spoke the entire time. They just stood there and waited for us to tell them what we wanted. It made for an extremely awkward unwelcoming experience. I paid 8 dollars for 2 scoops but barely got a single scoop in my cup. They are just lazy and do not care. It’s sad to see. And looking at recent reviews, no one cares. I will not be returning to this location. They should be ashamed of the image they are presenting.
Stopped in for a shake. Two young male customers were having a dispute with the two young employees. The customers left and I ordered a large chocolate shake. The initial employee that was going to make the shake picked up a dirty blender pitcher from the sink and started making my shake. I asked her if she would use a clean pitcher and she looked at it and informed the other he would have to make it since she really didn’t know how. . Then that employee, who seemed in charge, said he would make it “if I would give a worthy tip”
I said, “ no because him doing his job was not dependent on me giving a tip.” I also informed him I would be informing his store owner. Which after reading these prior reviews seems would just fall on deaf ears. So I will be informing corporate and never returning to this location.
We bought a full sheet ice cream cake for a birthday. The cake was terrible! The ice cream was crunchy, and the cake had no taste at all. I tried to call the store and received a message that the phone was not in service? We took the cake back to the store the next day. The manager of the store was extremely rude. He would not refund our $60, and wouldn't even throw the cake away. His response when I asked if he could throw it away was, "you need to throw it away". I contacted the corporate office. They said they would contact the franchise owner, and have him call me. It's been almost 2 weeks with no phone call. Do not buy a cake at this location!

The manager of this store was very rude. We bought an ice cream cake for $60. The cake was absolutely terrible. Could not reach the store by phone, so returned to store. The manager would not refund our money!
Looks really good in there now. Hopefully the other baskins try to mimic this one. This location is way better than the others
Since this place re-opened, this Baskin Robbins has been absolutely terrible. The staff is incredibly lazy and completely unprofessional. The level of service is worse than fast food, and the quality of the product is below enjoyable. I hope this location simply does not make it.

I've typically had a pretty good interaction service. Went there on 2/20 and ordered a Love Potion #31 shake. The 2 young ladies there were wonderful, and they were always kind from when we would see them at another location. I got my shake but noticed it tasted like the milk was bad. This location does not have a phone, which is super unprofessional...so I had a family member go into the store to see what I could do since I lived 25 minutes away. The young ladies said that they would tell the boss about this so I threw the shake away after also letting someone else taste it. Who confirmed that it tasted like the milk was expired. The next day when I went in the bus would not even acknowledge that the shake was bad and would not replace the shake and everytime I said something he would immediately shake his head and say it wasn't true. He never offered compensation and when I asked for it to be replaced he would not. He didn't at all acknowledge me as a customer or even apologize for there being money spent and it was wasted. I remember an incident similar last year and he wasn't very kind then either [to another customer]. I will not shop at or support this location anymore. I did call BR customer service as well.

My boyfriend walked in to get me a milkshake and himself cone. The employee was on her phone and it was 30 min before close. She refused to make a shake. Very rude. Will not be coming back here again. Always had a pleasant experience at Baskin, but this was an awful experience. Having a previous family member own a location this is not what a Baskin Robbins should be.

Excellent customer service! Can't remember how long are the last time I was in Baskin-Robbins but the crew was patient and thorough updating me on the menu and new flavors. Kelsey & Guzelle thank you for your patience and Nick and Finn for your speedy service. 5 STARS
