If I could leave 0 (zero) stars I would. Absolutely disgusting place. Ice cream melted into mush. Couldn’t even provide me with a scoop of ice cream leaking everywhere. Took them 6 minutes to even acknowledge me and I was standing there in high visibility clothing (bright green). This place needs new management or a overhaul of staff.

Terribleeeeeeee! I ordered a three scoop Sunday and pictured is what I received! No manager on duty, completely messed up order! The worker hung up in my face. Paid extra for items I didn’t get. All out bad service, I’ll never come here again.

This Baskin Robbins should definitely just shut down! They never have anything! Is hasn’t been not 1 time I’ve visited this location and was able to get what I want! I would’ve gave them 0 stars if i could!
Order through Uber eats..4 12 oz hand packed items that came with 1 free single scoop.Got a call from the store that they were out of all the flavors I ordered except 1 flavor. So I changed the flavors. Got my order and there were only 2 12 once containers that literally had maybe 2 scoops of ice cream in them. The other two were given as single scoop. My order was completely incorrect and lacking .

I had a disappointing experience at the Baskin-Robbins location yesterday. I visited to buy an ice cream to brighten my day, but unfortunately, the service was subpar. The refrigerators were empty at 2:30 pm on a Friday, which is unusual. The staff served with a poor attitude, making my experience even worse. It's disheartening that a place meant to lift your mood actually leaves you feeling worse. I don't plan to return or recommend this location to anyone. I give it one star, as that's the minimum rating. If you're seeking a place to boost your spirits with a delicious ice cream, this isn't it.
