Absolutely phenomenal! My husband and I have eaten many different tasting menus in several countries and this was one of the best. May the wine glasses continue to get bigger and the food maintain is beautiful consistency with a flare! Thank you, Bastion. It was a night to remember! 🫶🏼

From the moment we entered the restaurant I was taken away by the quality of service we experienced. It was Charlotte‘s 30th birthday and the entire staff went out of their way to make her feel special. I realize also that plans were changed and accommodations were made for us to have a reservation for two versus three and that certainly added to the experience the food was incredible. The wine pairing was wonderful as well stand out dishes were the salmon and the oysters but honestly, everything was cooked to perfection. You really made Charlotte's night and I can't wait to celebrate her birthday all weekend but this was the most incredible dinner we've ever thank you so much.

3rd time going and every time they knock it out of the park. The cocktails were amazing (get the fire walker). They also were able to easily accommodate my friends seafood eating preferences (scallops only lol). I want to eat all the dishes all over again, but esp the tritip, the crab, the chess pie and the chanterelle broth.

Bastion is my favorite place in Nashville. It is a true treat. There are so many great places to go, but every time I go to Bastion, I am reminded of the difference between very good and outstanding. Every single item on this menu was a hit. If you're a picky eater, you might struggle here, but even the things that I think I won't like, I end up loving. For example, I hate mushrooms with a vengeance. Their chanterelle mushroom broth was transcendent. I needed 10 bowls. Anyway, just go. It's worth it. Might even change your life, who knows.

Went to the bar for drinks one night. The bar is supposed to be their more casual space, and it is, but you can still tell it’s so intentionally designed, the service is spot on, and drinks well crafted. Colorful, vibes, and live records spinning behind the bar.

If there’s a restaurant in Nashville that deserves a Michelin star, this is it. The vibes are so unique. You get to sit basically in the kitchen and watch the chefs prepare everything you eat. They are so chill and laid-back, and it doesn’t feel pretentious at all. The food was really great and probably some of the best Nashville has to offer if you’re looking for a place to have some sort of special occasion, this is it.
