Pretzel
Our delicious 5oz Pretzels are made all the way in Germany. We lightly salt them and cook them right here at the Bierhaus. Pair it with warm Bier Cheese or our haus made German Obatzda.
Giant Pretzel
Our imported Bavarian Pretzel but GIANT. Great for sharing between 4-6 people. Add on some warm Bier Cheese or our haus made Obatzda.
Flammkuchen
Crispy flatbread, cream cheese, bacon and red onions. One of Germany's most popular menu items.
Buffalo Chicken Flammkuchen
A spicy spin on our classic Flammkuchen. Crispy flatbread with buffalo chicken tenders, crunchy celery, and your choice of Ranch or Blue Cheese.
Hickory BBQ Flammkuchen
We brought a bit of Memphis to a classic German dish. A crispy flatbread covered with Cream Cheese and topped with our Sweet Heat BBQ. Served with sour cream for dipping.
Reuben Rolls

Goulash Soup
A warm and savory tomato-based beef stew with peppers, carrots, and German spices. Served with toasted brotchen.
Lachs Caesar Salat
Perfectly grilled salmon on a bed of freshly tossed romaine lettuce with creamy caesar dressing, parmesan, and pretzel croutons.

Goulash with Spätzle

Kassler Rippchen
Two flame grilled Pork Chops, served with your choice of two sides.
Schweinshaxe
These take no less than 4 days from start to finish. We start with 1 lb Pork Shanks and brine them for 3 days. Once they soak in all that flavor we slow roast them for 6-8 hours before roasting the outside creating a crispy flavorful crust. Served with your choice of two sides.
Schweinbraten
German pork roast served with bier gravy and your choice of two side.
Fish & Chips
A massive slice of hand beer battered and freshly fried Haddock. Served with tartar sauce, lemons, and your choice of side, but we suggest fries....since it's Fish and Chips.
Käsespätzle

Rouladen

Our Pretzel Bread Pudding is the signature dessert of Bavarian Bierhaus and has won several awards throughout Tennessee. Served with Whip Cream and Ice Cream
"Berliner" Cheesecake
JFK Famously said "Ich bin ein Berliner" in 1963. It literally translated to "I am a Jelly Donut". A raspberry and donut-flavored cheesecake with a graham cracker crust and topped with raspberry filling, crumbled donuts, powdered sugar and whipped cream.
Black Forest Cake
A delicious classic of the Black Forest Cherry Cake all the way from Germany. Served with Whip Cream and Ice Cream

The space is very well done and our server was great, but the lack of paper menus really detracts from the authentic feel the owners are going for. No better place in Nashville for a currywurst, schnitzel, or German beer. I stop in for a Bitburger any time I visit Opry Mills (or a Glühwein around Christmas), and make sure to visit for every Oktoberfest.

The Food was great, glad we stayed! There weren't that many people so we thought we'd get to eat quickly but after more than 10 minutes we were yet to be seen after being seated. We were about to leave until a waitress named Madeline saw us, gave us great recommendations and took care of us. She was the only reason we did not leave, not that we don't like the place as we'd eaten here before and loved the food. Madeline gave us excellent service and made sure...
