Our family went to Ben and Jerry tonight at 7:57p. They close at 8. We apologized for being late ordering.The person working took two out of 4 orders and refused to take the other 2 people in the families orders. He was very rude about it. I don't understand why people like this work in a Childrens hospital. Everybody here is going through something. I understand we had 3 minutes to take orders but it was a scoop of ice cream. He mumbled it was due to the vendors and cut us off. We told him okay and have a good night and he ignored us. If I could give a zero star on service I would. The ice cream there is great but service is a zero. I'm not sure I will return to get treated like that again.
I ordered a large birthday cake online. Cake was ready on time. I needed to put it back in freezer after pick up. Staff graciously store the cake for me.
