The ice cream was so good, you can turn any icecream into a smoothy, so thats what I got. The young ladies behind the counter was very nice.

The service was amazing and friendly. The ice cream was tasty. But two kiddie ice creams for over $20 bucks is high…I don’t care who ya are.

Was in town visiting friends and family and didn't realize there was a Ben & Jerry's, stopping in and seeing banana split on the menu I got excited as i ma big fan, the young lady behind the counter took our order and began to make my daughters order(she ordered first). then 3 more male employees all show up through the front door, and the one asks me if there is anything else without even going in the back and the girl said "they want a banana split" and he said "we don't have any bananas" that's it, no suggestions just hard no attitude. Which appeared to visibly surprise the young lady whom then smirked when I said I didn't want anything else..I've been around long enough to know when I'm being lied to, good job guys. I didn't realize there was a Ben & Jerry's in Nashville and now, I don't care that there is.

They had plenty of options, and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable for vegans.

The ice cream here is great but the prices make it maybe not so worth it. First off, it's such a cute shop decorated in blue with lots of sweet treats everywhere and cute signs. The ambiance is inviting and youthful and the service was friendly and patient with me as I sampled a few flavors and asked questions. I got a small salted caramel blondie in a cup and so did my friend with a whipped cream topping. Mine cost $6.72 not including tip. Just a pint of that flavor at the grocery store would've been cheaper. I love the flavor variety and this place is great for an ice cream craving, but being right next to a college campus must influence their prices. Overall: great ice cream, cute shop, but probably more cost effective to go get your Ben and Jerry's from the grocery store.

Do NOT order a milkshake. The worst one I've ever had. Hardly any ice cream and no thickness whatsoever. And they're $8-10. Might as well have just had a glass of milk and dumped some chocolate chips in it.

Overall, the ice cream is fine. The service at this location, is another story. My receipt says we worked with Ashley - and Ashley appears to either really hate her job, really hates working with people, or was having a very rough day. Of course having a rough day is fine, it happens to us all but it’s hard to accept rude behavior from someone providing you a service.

It was a frustratingly humid night, I had just gotten off of work with an insatiable hankering for ice cream. Despite it being 9:50, ben and jerry’s was open. but what surprised me was the exceptional customer service. No, not customer service… but hospitality. Even with 10 minutes until close, the young man working there (i believe his name was khalid) was enthusiastic and friendly. He gave me an in depth analysis of optimal flavor combinations. he knew his flavors almost by heart. I left, almost saddened to see the experience end, but promised him I would come back. 10/10 this was the ethos of the classic ben and jerry’s experience I fondly remember from my childhood.

I went to this location with my wife to get a scoop of ice cream after dinner. We were helped by an employee name Emma, and she was so great. I explained that I had a dairy allergy and she was more than willing to get a fresh scoop. She even went and got a fresh non-dairy ice cream to scoop from. She definitely went above and beyond. Tremendous customer service!

I came here for a sugar cone with cookies and cream ice cream. There was street parking, and this restaurant was near Vanderbilt University. The line was long, but it moved quickly.
