Jim was the best distillery tour guide we could have asked for! We went on the 4th of July and had the best experience. He was so knowledgeable and gave us a decent sized pour - not stingy like other companies we’ve been to. I like all liquors, except gin, and this gin was the best one I’ve ever tasted. He made this experience fun, interactive, and enjoyable all throughout. HIGHLY recommend to come see Jim!

If I could give Big Machine Distillery no stars I would. We purchased tickets online for a distillery tour on Friday. We arrived at the address on the ticket only to be told we were at the wrong location. There are multiple locations in the Nashville area. Since we didn’t realize there was more than one location, we did not have time to get to the other location in time for the tour. The lady we discussed this with at the tavern said people come to the wrong location all the time. Totally our fault for not checking. However, the website says you can do free cancellations. Unfortunately there was NO place to request a cancellation on the website ANYWHERE. Tried to call and talk to a person but no matter which selection you make it said leave a message or send an email. Multiple people in our party sent multiple emails and I left a voice message in addition to an email. Two days later still no correspondence with Big Machine Distillery. Don’t waste your time unless you walk up and can actually speak to a person because they will not return any form of communication if you book on line. Huge disappointment.
