From the time we entered until we left his customer service was TRULY TOP TIER!!!!!! There really needs to be Michael clones because this guy is the best and to think this was his first day …. HORRIBLE service, us group of 4 walked in, was never greeted, i assume the manager was standing at the bar, never turned around and said "ill be right with you" we all stood around looking at each other until she came over a few min later, mind you they were not busy at this time, only 2 people sitting outside, so she sat us in the corner outside and asked if this was okay, i said no if we could please sit in the sun, so she sat us said our waitress would be over in a min,20+ min go by she finally comes over and we order drinks, she goes in and gets them (15+ min later) so we all sat outside hanging out and we were ready for our bill, we had to get someone else to get our waitress so we could get the bill, so she comes over and then disappears for (20+ min) so finally i go inside and shes in there making drinks, didnt even have our receipt ready, we paid and left. I would understand if they were busy and under staffed, but neither of those were true. I felt they avoided us and the manager had HORRIBLE customer service and was stuck up

Our reservation was at 1:30pm, we got there around 1:34 and waited 30 minutes to get our actual server. After waiting 30 minutes for our drinks and food. We were told we have a 2 hour limit on our bottomless mimosas, we asked if we can start it at 2pm since it took our host 30 minutes to get our orders in. The manager said it was fine. At 3:20 ish they said they closed the mimosas bar and that they couldn’t give us anymore mimosas. We were there for just about a hour and a couple minutes. Even though their website said brunch is from 10-4pm. We left around 3:20 because they couldn’t serve us anymore drink. Horrible experience. I would recommend a better location in Nashville. Not worth the 200$ we spend for 3-4 drinks on we had.

Bottomless vimosa & Bloody Mary bar were awesome. It’s $25 and on a 2 hour clock. Our waitress was great at checking in on us frequently for refills. They bring you a glass of ice with vodka in it, then you get to take it to the bar and fill your cup with a large variety of options. They had 4 juices, Bloody Mary mix, fruit purées, fruits (strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, etc), and bloody fixings (olives, pickles, lime). It was a fun way to make your drink to your liking, play around with different flavor combos, and control how strong your drink actually was.Nashville hot chicken & waffles: hands down THE best chicken and waffles I’ve ever eaten. The waffles were perfect and the chicken was phenomenal.Service was great. Our waitress was great and the host who seated us for our reservation actually read our special request comments and gave us options once we got there to fit what we wanted.

Was there for brunch. Bacon & veggies crepe was so full of onions that's literally all you could taste. Hollandaise sauce was really watery & lacked flavor. Drinks were very small for the price paid.
From the moment we were seated we had great service. I enjoyed my slider, fries, and my World Famous Vodka slush. I would recommend this restaurant.

This was one of the best brunch spots in Nashville! Perfect fun but still conversational atmosphere! The bottomless cocktails and live music were a hit! Definitely will be back! I loved getting to make my own cocktail!

The food and atmosphere were good. Our server was nice but the staff seemed cold to us. We sat at the bar and weren’t acknowledged for quite a few minutes and even then it seemed as though they weren’t really happy to be there. It wasn’t until I realized who the owner was and the fact that we were wearing Taylor Swift merch that maybe that was the reason. It may not have had anything to do with it but if not then it wasn’t an interactive or fun environment. I was really excited to try this place. The hot Mac n cheese looks amazing but our timing was off and it wasn’t on the brunch menu. The Monte Cristo and the breakfast potatoes were good as was the crepe and burger and fries. I like the design and the live music was great! I hope I can try the Mac and cheese next time. I’ll just remember to wear a different outfit. lol
