First time trying BJ Hot Chicken, and I will definitely be coming back. Their Mild Chicken Sandwich was great, it felt right on the cusp of “spicy spicy” for me, it hit just the spot. Flavor and texture (crispiness/juiciness) was on point too! To top it off, Carlos, who took our order and served us, was absolutely awesome.

The hot is a powdery artificial spice, and extremely caked one. While the medium wasn’t spicy, nor was it caked on powder. The medium tasted good but one level above (hot) was extremely hot. The chicken was cooked very nicely. The mac and cheese was fine. The coleslaw was really good.

I have been supporting this place of business since they opened after 16 hours of work I got off and needed to feed my children something quick so I went to this place I ordered from the parking lot and they immediately put three plates on the counter I knew it couldn’t have been fresh but I gave them the benefit of the doubt & was greatly disappointed tried calling back and the phone kept going to voicemail. I called the next day no answer I’m assuming they blocked my number so I called from another phone and they answered told them my problem the guy was extremely rude and hung straight up in my face DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT THEY DONT CARE ABOUT FIXING ANY PROBLEMS AND IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL
