My niece is surprised they don't make their own ranch sauce. I got a medium heat chicken, all others ordered no heat. It is tasty chicken indeed. We added a touch of vinegar to the collard greens and they, too, were delicious. We chose this place as they have parking and is right off the highway.

I’ve come to this restaurant two nights in a row at 8:45pm and 8:50pm and they tell me they are closed. The business hours on Google state they close at 9:00 pm. I will never give this restaurant my business again because I can’t be served 15 minutes before 9pm.

I was driving thru Nashville and stopped here for a sandwich to go. The restaurant itself is typical of most fast food places, but it was fine. The sandwich and sides were ready and bagged up in about 5 minutes. I ordered the 2nd hottest, I think it was called capsicum. The sandwich had good flavor, a solid spicy burn and the sides were really good (potato salad and cole slaw). Good stuff!

This was my first and definitely not my last vist. The restaurant was clean and organized. The young man who took my order was very knowledgeable about the menu. The ordering process was easy. I ordered tenders whole wings fish and fries. The wait wasn't too long. I got there when they opened. The food itself was very good. I liked the seasoning on the fish and fries. I got mild sauce on the wings. It had very little heat which was just right for me. This place will be on my goto list when I have guest from out of town. Thanks BJ'S for making my dining experience great!Parking: It's in a small strip mall. The parking lot might get a bit clogged depending on the time of day.

A small place packed with a lot of flavor. I had the salad with chicken level hot: it was tasty but small, could have used a lot more greens. My youngest son had the chicken sandwich meal country regular and it was a large flavorful sandwich. My older son had the same meal but was level hot and it was just as flavorful with a pleasant kick, it was what hot should taste like. There were 2 levels hotter but we made a good choice since it was flavorful and not painful. Will go back and try different levels of heat.Parking: Parking available in the lot in front of the store front.

Our first time eating at Bj's, and it was just as good as my son said it would be. We visited on a busy Monday day at the lunch time rush and were served quickly and courteously. The serving staff were very attentive to our large group, even they were also receiving a large delivery right in the middle of lunch!Our entire family ate here, and everyone had something different. My son and husband chose hot chicken and hot fish, respectfully, and both said the heat was just right. Hubby had coleslaw, which had the perfect amount of creaminess with the crisp slaw.Our grandkids shared chicken strips, French fries, and Mac and cheese, which was plenty of food for a five - and six year old. They can be picky eaters, but they quickly ate their fill and had leftovers for dinner.I had a fish sandwich and was impressed by the large portions - two huge filets of fried fish, each on bread with lettuce, onion, and tomato. The fish was fried very tender and tasty, not tough. Vegetables on the sandwich were fresh and flavorful. I didn't eat the bread, as I'm not a fan of white sandwich slices. French fries were crispy, but not greasy.We were all very happy with the food and service of this place and will gladly come again to experience great hot chicken!Parking: On a very busy road right off of I-24, but even in the middle of the lunch rush, we were able to find good parking options.Kid-friendliness: Great for kids with very large portions.

Claiming to be “the best place to eat Nashville hot fried chicken” is comical. I only ate here because of the halal chicken, which by the way is only the thighs and the chest. I’ve had better fried chicken at Kroger, seriously. The seasoning is disappointing, the sandwich bread is store bought and cold, the coleslaw is bland, and the fries and mac’n’cheese tasted microwaved. I wouldn’t be suprised if everything here, even the chicken, was prepackaged frozen. And for being absurdly overpriced, this place is nothing less than a scam (6 chicken tenders for $17). Despite the food, I will say the service was fine.

They never answer the phone and if you order on the app and pick up, they make you go through door dash to fix any issues with your order!! Which is silly since I didn't order through DD for that very reason.
