An amazing vegan ramen! It’s pricey, but absolutely tasty!!

Best Ramen we’ve ever had. And we’ve had ramen in seattle where they have a strong Asian community, culture, food and ramen. I tried the garlic ramen and it was so good. The service was impeccable, we even got a bonus dessert. Some kind of mochi style butter cake. Loved that too! It wasn’t too sweet or heavy. Absolute a bliss point for a dessert.

I stopped here after my first triathlon last year because when you finish something like that, you want to eat, right? The ramen was delicious, a little spicy, but a great post-triathlon option.

While the food is good, service is terrible and this business practices shady tactics.

Food itself is fine, but on all orders there is a mandatory 20% service charge. And the service is nonexistent. They gave us bottles of water and never checked on us once. Even at checkout, they ask for MORE tip. Scummy business with bad tactics.

Also do not get the mochi dessert. The “cake” portion is premade and stale. And the quantity is laughable. For $11 after mandatory tip and tax, it is exactly 2 small bites of one of the worst desserts.

This is the best ramen in Nashville. I keep coming back for two reasons. The quality of the ramen and the rotating side dishes that they serve. They’re constantly bringing something new to the menu while keeping all the favorites. Tonight I had the soft shell crab which was a great addition to the menu. The miso tonkotsu has always been my favorite and I’ll keep coming back

Edit: The below still applies, but I decided to give it another shot. They've gutted their menu so it's now only 2 broths and one protein to cut costs. Ordered the hellfire tonkatsu and they literally brought the normal tonkatsu with a side of chili crisp lmao. This place is truly a joke. They've also halves the amount of meat that they put in the ramen. I thought Otaku was ridiculous, but I'm not sure I've ever been to a more cheapskate restaurant in my life.

The food is good, but the ramen is 20 bucks and they add a 20% gratuity to the ticket even though you order on your phone. The only thing they do is run food.

I visited this place and have mixed impressions. The restaurant uses a self-service ordering and payment system via a QR code, which is quite convenient and saves time — no need to wait for a server. However, a 20% service charge is automatically included in the bill, which feels unclear considering the minimal interaction with staff. The ramen itself tasted pretty average, and the menu selection is quite limited. On the plus side, the process is quick and efficient for those who don’t want to wait too long

My boyfriend and I stopped by to pick up our food that we ordered to go and ended up sitting down to eat at the bar. We had such a nice time and everyone took care of us tremendously. The food hit the spot and we will definitely be coming back

My ramen was luke warm and my order came out late. Food was tasty otherwise but not a great experience. It was also quite pricey.

Great secret ramen house in a brewery! The atmosphere is really cool. You ordered off of a QR code. The menu is small—tonkotsu and vegan tantanmen (both pictured). The tonkotsu is really well flavored. It is clear that the noodles are made from scratch. This is one of the best places to get ramen in Nashville so if you have a craving would recommend!

I was visiting Nashville for Thanksgiving and was craving some really good Ramen. I found this place on DoorDash. I ordered a spicy miso ramen and it was soooo good!! I love how they put the spicy chili on the side so I was able to control how spicy it was. I do wish they had other meat options besides pork belly. It gave the soup an amazing flavor but I don't like eating pork too much. In the broth is fine but to eat I would've preferred more options. Overall, this was the best ramen I ever had!

I don’t think I have ever had a moment in my life where I have ate a piece of food and thought that I needed to pray to God and thank him for giving me the ability to have this experience. I don’t think I can ever put into words and explain to y’all how much This just changed my life. I feel like a new man after eating this meal. I don’t think there’s anything that could come close to being as perfect as this. If you sat down on the table $1 million in cash and a bowl of this Ramen, but if I ate the bowl of this Ramen, I would not be able to have the million dollars in cash. I would eat the bowl of Ramen. I Almost feel disrespectful for saying what I’ve said because it is not even coming close enough to doing justice to what I just experienced. If I was on death row and they asked my last meal it would be 10 bowls of this Ramen.

This is a very cool place, sort of hard to find. If you're looking for some nice ramen, this place is a great stop. But you don't actually order. You scan a QR code and have to play a 20% gratuity fee automatically. The only sight of signage is a little light in the window of the building. You can sit outside and inside, there's a bar with TVs, and you can see the boilers when you walk in.

The ramen is pretty darn good! The best thing in it though are the collards which are mind-blowing! I'd come back all the time if it just wasn't so pricey. $27 for a bowl of ramen hurts.
