Sorry, Otaku, but you have been put to shame! This is the best ramen I've ever had. Hands up and down! ? The broth I could drink even if there were zero soup filling. But let's talk soup filling. I got the Garlic Style Tonkotsu. It features picked collards, and it's so delicious. I ordered my meal from Uber Eats, and the broth was still warm. I still heated, as the instructions said, and it was worth it. Tell you what, here's how I really feel about Black Dynasty. I'm eating my meal right now, and I stopped mid-spoonful to write this review. EAT HERE.

Love this place. They make their own noodles, and it makes the difference. Excellent brews to choose from as well as appetizers. My only minor issue is they don't change the main menu often, but that's semantics, I suppose. Everything is great, but that Hellfire is FIRE.
Server could have been more attentive. Came a bit late to ask us if everything was alright. Ordered the Miso Tonkotsu Ramen. The broth was rich and velvety. The pickled veg kinda threw it off though. Otherwise, it was good.

After some research during trip to Nashville I found this place and took my bosses out to secret lil spot within a brewery. It was perfect food and great service at the brewery!
Favorite ramen in Nashville, and it’s inside of Nashville’s best brewery. Perfect combo. 10/10 would recommend the Hellfire if you like heat ?️
