In Nashville for a few days and decided to try Black Rabbit based on OpenTable reviews. Very glad we gave it a try. Food and service were very good with a unique cocktail menu. You need to get the smoked Mac n cheese, so good! Would highly recommend to any visiting Nashville and will come back the next time we're in town.
Wonderful atmosphere-fun and interesting. Service was excellent and food was delicious.

We weren't very hungry so we only got starters but boy did it exceed expectations! The Gnocchi was phenomenal!! All the staff were very warm, friendly, and accommodating. Vanessa was our waitress and she was absolutely wonderful! She gave us great info on places to visit while in Nashville in addition to being an excellent waitress. 10/10 recommend!!

We had the sliders for an app, then trout, pork chops, and NT strip. All proteins and potatoes were delicious! The lentil salad alongside the trout got one notch down from other sides, but still good. We also got the Nutella Mousse, which was a perfect chocolate ending.
An AWESOME restaurant in a great Nashville Location. Bar is absolutely incredible! Great drink options. Food was outstanding!!
We went here on Saturday for dinner and live music and both were amazing! Our server was attentive and helpful, the food was so delicious, drinks were amazing and the band, Lydia Britain and the Royal Family were a treat! Highly recommend!

Sadly, because of our server I wouldn’t recommend this place. Chef should look into ensuring servers aren’t judging you because of what you order or because you bring children with you. Wasn’t welcoming when we entered the restaurant. My mother in law ordered Chardonnay and responded with “it’s not on our happy hour menu, the Pinot Gris is, but if you want Chardonnay” in an irritable tone. My husband ordered Diet Coke, just brought the can but the table next to us he brought the customer glass with ice with his soda. My husband had to ask him for it. Then he became irritated and shaking his head when some of us ordered from “specials” menu because maybe we didn’t all order an entree? But why does that matter? I mean, we are dining at the restaurant, why should it matter what we order. I could have ordered dessert as my meal and it’s none of his business. I think he was also bothered that we had our children with us. We were visiting from Florida and twice we had bad service in Nashville. Food was good, but won’t be back again.

Food and drinks were great and the service was fantastic! The Prime Tri Tips were tasty and the Brussel Sprouts were some of the best we've had - and the Nutella Mousse was AMAZING!!!
Black Rabbit is such a fun hidden gem filled with a fantastic happy hour (I mean, $6 drinks, you kidding me?! amazing), tasty eats, great service, and vibes throughout that scream speakeasy and history mixed with a new era of treats and mixing.
We enjoyed our time thoroughly and recommend trying the Rabbit Rolls and mac and cheese for some fun foods!
Definitely check it out if you're a fan of crafty cocktails and delicious bites.

We had an incredible experience at the Black Rabbit. Our reservation was at 7:30 so the live band wasn't playing yet, but the music playing throughout the restaurant was amazing and set a great vibe. We loved the feel of the restaurant from the minute we walked in. Alison was our server and she was incredible. She was really attentive, kind, and took extra care with my allergy. She even took a picture for our group as we were having a girls night! We also had a sweet interaction with the table next to us, who happily shared recommendations for our time in Nashville as we are from out of time. It was a testament to the amazing and generous people that this restaurant brings in. We could tell they were regulars and love this place too. The food and drinks were absolutely incredible. All the cocktails had unique flavors and were so refreshing. My friends and I split the smoked Mac and cheese, which we talked about for the rest of the weekend because it was so good. We each ordered our own meals of tri top steak, pork chop, and gnocchi with Brussels sprouts, and we couldn't help but share our food with each other because it was so tasty. My friends couldn't stop complimenting me on choosing this restaurant and I'm so happy we came here before heading out for a ghost tour! Great food, great atmosphere, and exceptional people. Next time I'm in the area I will be back
Ny strip was good.
Brussel sprouts were a little too caramelized (or burnt)

The heirloom tomato martini is a must- even if you don't like tomatoes or martinis! And, Black Rabbit makes one of the best crab cakes I've ever eaten.
The happy hour deal is great! Our server was lovely and very attentive, and all of our drinks plus food were to die for. Try the Tomato Martini; it'll exceed your expectations.
