Some of the best barbecue chicken I’ve ever had! It’s a beautiful place to eat at one of three picnic tables with shade umbrellas located at the driving range. Lots of excitement and commotion with everyone driving buckets of golf balls! The two gentleman working here know their BBQ! I didn’t even think I was a fan of dry rub barbecue chicken till now but the skin was perfect. It was firm skinned, mild but flavorful rub, encasing and containing the perfect amount of moisture...
Matt did amazing! I asked him on Monday to help me with a gathering for 10-12 people and he made it happen. His Brisket was on point, his sauces were amazing, and the pimento cheese dip was a big hit! Mat even thought of things to put in my order that never came to my mind! I would recommend Matt and will most definitely use Blinkys again!
Ordered smoked turkey and brisket for thanksgiving. Both were the best we’ve ever had! Our family was floored with how good the brisket was and I have a feeling we’ll have a few more try to get in on our thanksgiving action next year.I’ve ordered two racks of ribs and 36 dry rub wings for the Super Bowl now. Matt is the best in the biz.
