Amazing food and service! Great atmosphere with open space and lighting. Highly recommend.

Lovely Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea. The tea was top-notch with lots of savory and sweet treats. Customer service was excellent too. One little critique: we had to put our heavy coats over chairs where we sat. A place to hang them would have helped. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this experience.

We enjoyed dressing up for the themed Mad Hatter tea. That day they were out of Earl Gray tea. The decor was minimally decorated, however the food was nicely done to theme. Our server was sweet and took pictures for us. Gratuity is paid before your arrival. Since this was Alice in Wonderland themed tea... would have been nice to see the staff participating in the theme. The area for the tea is right inside the door of the lobby/lounge, not secluded in the restaurant. The valet and Conrad staff were very attentive and if you get your ticket validated the parking is $10. Overall the tea was fun, and delightful!

My wife and I dined here for their prix fixe Valentines Day dinner. The food was not bad, but it definitely wasn't good either. Significantly overpriced for what we experienced. We went to another prix fixe dinner for New Years at a different restaurant in Nashville which was 10x better.

We enjoyed the New Year's Eve menu, our only disappointment was, the kitchen ran out of the filet, which was what our table had chosen. However, we were offered a ribeye replacement, and it was wonderful. The desert was ok, sometimes deserts are over created. Our server was John, he was top notch, and fun. It was truly a really fun evening. We had lunch on New Year's Day, to our delight Mariam was our server. She has taken care of us in the past. She is a warm, bright light. Thank you.

Can only speak to breakfast but the blueberry pie pancakes were incredible. Bacon side was also nice and crisp. Took a breakfast sandwich with us to go for a road trip and it held up nicely. Would likely return for brunch.

The desserts were outstanding. The pastry chef did a great job. The sandwiches were average. The store bought roll was too big for such a tiny bite of lobster. The biggest concern, however, was the scones. I've been to lots of teas and sometimes they don't have the the lemon curd but they have never left out the clotted or at least double cream and substituted butter instead. Not a good combination. Really strange.

Went for the Christmas Dinner prix fixe at $105 per person plus $40 wine pairing. Service with Bronwyn was outstanding. She was always there exactly when we finished a course, but never hovering. Very knowledgeable and great with coordinating with the kitchen. Five stars for Bronwyn! Food was very good, only reason I'm not rating five stars across the board is that the main courses (lasagna and half chicken) were not all that memorable and for a $450+ meal after tip and an extra two drinks for two people I expected just a bit more in terms of the main dish. But the food was all very good - especially the potato leek soup, the croquettes, and the profiterole. Oh man, the profiterole. The wine pairings were spot on and very nice, and $40 is a nice value for a five course meal. Sounds a bit contradictory when my main reservation is value, but I'm referring mainly to the food and overall bill versus the additional items like the wine pairing. Overall it was a very, very nice Christmas dinner with excellent service and great wine pairings. The serving sizes were on the small size, which is not at all a criticism - exactly the opposite. For a five course dinner, they were just the right amount so you could enjoy the flavors and textures without being too full to enjoy everything to the end. Compliments to the chefs and kitchen staff, and especially to Bronwyn. The ambiance was also very nice - energetic but not chaotic, not packed but definitely full. I would spend another Christmas here, but I would probably skip the extra couple of drinks that added $50+ to the bill.

Our server was wonderful but... Salad was drowning in dressing Pasta sauce was broken Prime rib needed a chainsaw to cut through it No bread service Tried to double charge us after paying in full in advance

Food was good, especially the ribeye. Lasagna was good but could use some cheese. I did like the deconstructed nature of it, but cheese would put it over the top. Breakfast is also very good. Service was great. Bronwyn is a standout as a very attentive and responsive server.

Our experience was a complete letdown. We came two years ago and had a fantastic time. Sadly, this experience was different. We waited 45 minutes for water. We asked another server to bring us water. My daughter, who we were there for, waited that long for our first course to come with nothing to drink. Two at our table had champagne poured while one waited for them to get another bottle which took another 20 minutes. We were pleased with our time with the grinch but had to ultimately ask for the food to be brought out. It is such a cute day and our time two years ago had us so excited but this was a disaster.

Food was not great. Service was prettt bad. Took a long time. Sun in eyes. Grinch wasn't engaging. "Magic" green and red drinks turned pink and blue because they were out of glitter color. Overall expensive for the take.
