Okay... I hate to even write this review, but it has to be done. I also wrote to the restaurant but never heard back from them.
I placed an online order on Sept 6, 2025. I arrived a little early and it wasn't ready yet so I waited. They were very busy but one of the employees let me know he was working on it. The workers were very kind.
However, I'm sharing the negative aspects in hopes it might implement or reinstate some cleanliness protocols. I watched the young man take cash from a customer at the register and then not change his gloves before returning to prepare food. I also found not one, but two hairs in my burrito after I returned home. No hairnets were being used.
I had some other issues with the order such as incorrect ingredients and fermented salsa as well.
This location just needs some retraining, and I hope to see it done.

LOVED my experience here. The art/decor is fun and well put together. The salsa bar is incredible. Food is very well priced With big portions and SO good!! The owner is super kind. We will for sure be back!

Avoid this location. Old rice, bad la tinga, stale clips, soured pineapple salsa, wasted $18 on food I threw away. Didn’t offer a refund for inedible food

Was really let down by this blue coast, and the overall experience was meh at best. Then I ate. The food was salty and messy and improperly prepared. It tasted like it had been sitting for some time. 3/10

Staff was great. The food not so much. Rice was hard and chewy. The pico was blan and taste odd. Spicy chicken not even close to Spicy and watery. Chips taste like cardboard. The cheese dip is some processed cheese like the little dip cup snacks.

I recently had them cater an event, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The food was absolutely delicious. The taco bar is always a crowd favorite. The star of the show is the fruit tea. IYKYK. Also, you must add on the cheese dip. We like to call it the trifecta - tacos, tea, and cheese dip.
What really made the experience top tier was the team. The catering team was professional, punctual, and organized. They provided all the necessary condiments and utensils, making it easy for our guests to enjoy. The quality of the food was top-notch, and it truly elevated our event.
If you’re looking for a catering option that offers delicious, fresh, and customizable options, I highly recommend Lenox Village Blue Coast Burrito. They made our event memorable, and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Additionally, I was thrilled to learn that they now offer catering services, which will be perfect for upcoming events.
