Bob Evans Reviews
We arrived at the Nashville location. Was told there was a 20-minute wait, we said OKAY and was seated. The greeter told us that they only had 1 cook and 1 waitress. The food is good when the right people are in the kitchen….. and the service is good when you have the tall man who was in the Air Force…..but the rest of the crew look like they just don’t want to be there. It’s a shame on the regional management for allowing such a negative atmosphere to happen in such a beautiful place.
Wonderful staff and food!

Bob Evans serves delicious food consistently, with dishes like the blue ribbon bacon, garden veggie protein bowl, and french toast being standouts. The restaurant is known for its kid-friendly menu, with kids loving their piggy pancakes and sausage, along with flexible drinking straws and activity menus. The service is generally good, especially with attentive servers like Zana, who provide excellent customer service. However, some reviews mention that the overall atmosphere can vary, depending on the staff present. The restaurant features a quaint gift shop with unique items and is a great stop for family gatherings, as evidenced by the positive feedback on catering. Despite some concerns about the cleanliness of the restrooms and occasional service issues, the overall experience at Bob Evans remains positive, making it a recommended place to visit.
