The server (Willie) provided poor customer service. Our food was cold, and instead of making fresh food, he just reheated it, even after we asked if it could be remade and delivered fresh. Then he wanted to argue about remaking the food.
The manager, lady with short hair, didn’t acknowledge or apologize for the poor customer service or the fact that our food was cold.
The worst customer service ever.

It is a typical Bob Evans but what made it great for us was the service. The food was well cooked and everything tasted fresh. The service was provided with smiles, courtesy, and what could be described as a genuine feeling that we were important to them.

We ordered 50oz of turkey for $70 and not only was it NOT from a real turkey (it was processed) it was very dry. It definitely wasn’t what it should’ve been. The ppl and atmosphere were great, it just wasn’t what you would expect for $70. I do not recommend buying your Thanksgiving turkey from here.

Walked from my hotel and was very pleasantly surprised at how good the service and food was! There was noone else in the entire restaurant, but everything was good! Others showed up eventually. Good spot for a quiet breakfast!

My husband and I wanted to try this place out for the very first time. Glad we did, he ordered the Thanksgiving dinner and I ordered the chicken honey dinner and it was delicious. They also have a front shop area, perfect for novelty gifts. Price is great and our waitress was friendly.

First time going back since the late 90's. My breakfast was ok and I was surprised it was warm and not hot. And my orange juice was more watery than sweet. The service was great tho. Maybe I came on the wrong morning but I'll give them another try another day.
