Place always has lines so I thought I would check it out not really an ice cream person so I got a hamburger it was definitely tasty made with care and all the ingredients were definitely fresh but just a plain hamburger for $7 isn't quite What I Call good Value

Bobbie’s has some of the best soft serve I’ve ever had. I highly recommend a hot fudge cake or a banana split from here if you have someone to share with. They do not take cash so make sure you have a card or can pay with Apple Pay. Great family hangout!

I had their peanut butter shake and it was delicious 😋 super thick! My friend had the frozen banana dipped in chocolate with peanuts! Very delicious sweet treats sold here! Will definitely visit again!!

Great if you like soft serve! Pricey for soft serve though, about the same price as a couple of scoops at Jeni's. Also the kitchen closes at 7 and they don't accept cash.

I was thrilled thy are still open! I have fond memories from college in the 90's going here. I thought they had closed down after covid. So glad they are still going! Got the ice cream cone. They also have banana splits!
Been a fan of Bobbie’s for a long time but had a disappointing interaction recently when they made my order wrong.
I had ordered a small vanilla milkshake with butterfingers at the window and a couple minutes later was given a vanilla swirl with butterfingers in a cup.
I approached the service window politely to ask them if there was any possible way they could make my milkshake (as that’s what I had ordered) and the employee said yes, however I would have to go back to the end of the line and reorder.
Mind you, the line at Bobbie’s is consistently very long, and at this moment was almost reaching the street. I had already waited 15 minutes to order initially, and would have waited at least 10-15 minutes more to reorder. It was disappointing to be “punished” for the employee’s mistake when it wouldn’t have taken them more than 30 seconds to make my vanilla milkshake. Very disappointed in the way they train their employees and very clear how important customer satisfaction is to them.

Classic ice cream and burger spot for Nashville tourists and locals alike. Natalie is usually at the register when my family and I go, and she is always so upbeat and welcoming. The birthday cake dip is my favorite- it’s a must try.
