Amazing and surpassing standards for lodging , room service, roof top drinks with snack and customer service. Me and my husband took a date night out ! Valet parking met us upon arrival, checked in with ease and friendly staff the entire duration of our overnight stay in the king deluxe complementary upgrade. Room service was prompt but fries with dinner and French toast was a little cold .
The only 2 things I would ensure for any upcoming stay is to have the knowledge:
in order to go up to room you need a key card to be pressed in the elevator before button for floor is pressed .
When you check in your car keys , they send you a link to your phone that you need to click on in order to retrieve your vehicle.
Neither one of these were disclosed to us causing rather quickly confusion .
Overall stay is a full 5 stars!! Contemporary decor, clean and luxurious hotel!

We didn’t go to the rooftop bar, but to the one at the hotel lobby. Also, we visited back in April (apologies for the delay in writing this.) We had an outstanding experience with Ashlyn, Nishant and Kevin. They were lovely hosts, and Nishant made The Best Espresso Martini!! And Kevin, thank you so much for The Sweater. I’m rarely a funny person, and you helped me crack up my group. It is a priceless memory for us all.

Horrible bar; couldn’t make a chocolate martini so gave us something else without telling us.
Plastic cups.
Bad attitude from bartender like it was our fault he couldn’t make the drink we wanted.

Not the greatest use of the space but the food, drinks and people were nice.

2 cocktails (house liquors) for 44usd (before tip). The drinks were ok, but definetly not worth the price

Great views and amazing service by Krystal, she did a truly nice job and being attenntive making sure everyone was comfortable. She gave us some recommendations for appetizers and entrees that we were happy with.

Highly recommend really a cool outdoor rooftop for relaxing, taking sun, or just a nice lunch with the kids!

This is a really cool place. I wish there were more food options, but overall super fun and cute.

Such a unique experience we had at Camp ⛺️ Bobby! Everything on the rooftop outdoor lounge was so pretty with string lights, fire-pit, 🌲greenery, fake snow ❄️ decor, camper decor.

I do recommend getting reservation since all camps were full at the camp Bobby, but you can always grab a bar seat if you don’t get in. Please note, the $30 you pay for reservations, won’t get credited to your final bill amount and they will absorb that completely apart from your bill.

There’s a minimum of $300 spend for each igloo and it seats up to 6 people. They do add 20% gratuity to your bill already and you can add on top of that if you’d like. Our server was very friendly but he kept reminding us that we have the igloo for only 90 mins, and the throughout he reminded if we have 40 mins left or 20 mins left. Service was fast and we didn’t have to wait long for our food/beverages after placing an order. The cocktails and shots were well-made and nicely presented. Food left much to be desired. The chicken wings (8 per plate) were overbooked and super sweet (only one sauce/rub option).

There’re parking garages nearby but we opted for an Uber for convenience. It took less than 3 mins for the Uber driver to reach us, so location is super convenient.

Overall, I’d definitely recommend this to those who haven’t tried this concept before, it was so much fun and was a unique experience.

Booked the “igloo” for a birthday and we all were very excited to go! The place looked very cute and stated they had blankets and a heater.

The heater doesn’t work, and the igloo doesn’t keep any heat in. If you want to book try going during the day so that you at least have the sun on your side.

The minimum is $250 but half of the menu was unavailable which is unacceptable. We ended up ordering, the nachos, cinnamon rolls, French fries, and hot chocolate.

Everything came out luke warm…. It was 13 degrees when we were there and it was 13 degrees inside that igloo.

I think the concept is wonderful but Bobby hotel needs to invest in real heaters and rethink how to keep the food hot since we have to spend $250.

Overall, I will not be booking an igloo again. The food left lots to be desired and we were freezing the entire time. I won’t ever pay $250 to be cold and eat subpar food again.

2/10 I do not recommend.

The Bobby Hotel Rooftop Lounge is a really cool space. It offers great views of the city while housing igloos and an old bus that you can reserve ahead of time. There's a small pool and plenty of space to hangout and enjoy the Nashville vibe with great drinks. Well worth the trip. Hint: take the far left elevator to get to the top.
