This place is really gorgeous and has a fun bus on top! They have a good cocktail menu plus they have house cocktails on tap. All were good and you can’t go wrong! It was definitely spendy and that’s the only downside.

My fiancé visited the Bobby Hotel Rooftop Lounge on our first date last year and recently got engaged on their patio! The drinks here are excellent and the atmosphere is so comfortable. One of my favorite locations in Nashville. Be sure to make reservations if you are hoping to sit somewhere other than the bar, although the staff is very accommodating and will likely allow you to explore their amazing rooftop on less busy evenings.

I met a group of people here. It was my first time going. We rented out the bus that's on the roof top. We had plenty of room and there was 25 of us. The appetizers that we ordered were fanominal! I suggest the potato bowl and the sliders. The atmosphere was Amazing and the way everything was decorated was really cool! I'm sure I'll be going back soon.

Let's start with why we decided to check this place out.First, it's Xmas and it's super cute. Ok. That's pretty much it.We reserved the igloo which was $26 including tax and requires a $200 minimum for food for the 2 hr window. It seats 6 comfortably. They offer valet for $15. There's street parking if you're able to find it.Take the left elevator - the other two are for guests to get to their rooms and you'll need a keycard to use them.We ordered the whole menu of snacks and that was entirely too much food. They are nice portions and more than enough to share. The drinks were reasonably price unless you ask for ann no premium liquor like Tito's. That's a $6 up charge per drink. There are heaters under the igloos so you'll be warm.It was cute and we had a good time. Would highly recommend.

Arrived at 8:10 and server didn’t enter igloo till 8:35 we ordered 2 drinks and food. Food didn’t arrive till 9:15/920 and the waiter was extremely unpleasing and rushing to make sure I spent the $200. Business wise I would say the concept is nice but better service would be nice especially with a custom tip already charged to bill.Parking: Valet is only for hotel guest. So wasn’t a plus.

What fun to spend a wintry day in a cozy igloo on The Bobby rooftop. The bar can make anything, but they have a menu of specialty winter drinks. The food portions are generous and tasty. It’s a $25 reservation fee and then $200 requirement for food/drink. This is very easy to do in 90 minutes if you are ordering cocktails. So fun and so delicious. The hotel is right around the corner from Printers Alley so start (or end) your night in an awesome igloo and then explore the neighborhood. Note that we spent $400 but had 3 rounds of drinks plus food for 6.

I am giving 2 stars ONLY because the food and drinks were amazing. The service was TERRIBLE. Absolutely awful. My friend and I made reservations for the camp Bobby igloo lunch. Our heater did not work; and we were told multiple times someone would come to fix it.. 1 hour into our reservation someone finally came to fix. Having to get up to open the door for the waitress every time was annoying. We were aware of the 200$ minimum and when it came time for our bill to come our waitress said we had not reached the 200$ yet…. SO WE ORDERED MORE. Then when she brought our check it was $280!!!!!! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The igloo was a great idea, they had a terrible execution.

We booked an igloo to enjoy our date night, and it was an unfortunate experience. The food was cold and not very good. We tried most items on the menu and none were worth reordering. The drinks were full of ice. Lastly, the igloos are without heat and the chairs are extremely uncomfortable. Would not go again!

It’s 11:35am and we arrived at 11:15am. There was no one here and it seemed closed. We called the hotel and they said they opened at 11am. There was one girl that was just starting to open up and informed us they were closed. We told her that online it says it opens at 11am and then proceeded to tell us that she still had to clean and open up and to come back at 11:45am. Very disappointing.

Igloo Rooftop not worth it. Two nights ago my friends and I arrived for our booked Igloo to all share at 6pm, which we had booked a month in advance & really looked forward to! We were aware of the $200 minimum and the 2 hour time slot we had. We prepared and looked at the menu ahead of time to be able to order fairly quickly. We ordered as soon as we were greeted by our server. However, our first round of drinks & food orders took 45 minutes to come out. By the time we had all our food & a second round of drinks, we were being warned that there was an 8pm reservation & we would need to close out our bill & leave shortly. Truly there was no time to sit and enjoy anything, which is disappointing because the food was genuinely good! On top of that our heater wasn't working, the staff seemed stressed & rushed. There was no music playing in the background. It was all so underwhelming for how expensive the "experience" ended up being at the end of the night. I left questioning why we didn't just go to a normal sit down restaurant where we could actually enjoy ourselves in a relaxed, fun atmosphere because here we left cold, drinks half empty, foods half eaten and a hefty bill. I wouldn't book it again.

Truly very excited for this reservation. Four of us had an igloo and the timeframe was about an hour and a half and had to spend $200. Our timeslot was 6 PM and the server didn’t even come to our igloo until almost 620 to take our drink order. Finally dropped the drinks off about 645 and three of us had the same drink the fourth person only had a Coke. By the time we got our food, it was 702 and our reservation was done by 7:30. I explained to them the heater and ours did not work. It was also 41° outside and they are going to try to have someone fix it but never did and then when he came back in at the end he said we had 15 minutes left after they brought us the french fries that came 15 minutes after the rest of the food. I tried to talk to somebody and she did get her manager. He also told us that we were still $50 or so away from our $200. However, at that point they were out of hot chocolate drinks, and they are already out of a certain food as well and he was pushing us not to get dessert. Needless to say they did not make us meet the 200 at that point. Very frustrated. Very disappointed. Very neat concept but they definitely didn’t have it together there.

Very cool rooftop bar, the decorations are awesome. The service at the bar is a bit slow. It was busy the night we were there and took about fifteen minutes to get a drink standing at the bar. Drinks are a bit pricey, but tasty! The igloos and pool are unique. Definitely a cool bar to visit... if you aren't looking for the typical Nashville bar
