Came here at 4:45 on a Wednesday night, it was only two cars in the drive thru including me but you would think that there were fifty cars. Yes, the service was that slow from me giving my order and the wait. I will not be back.

I tried 6 times in a month between 5pm and 9pm to get dinner. Three time their systems where down so I couldn't order. There's never anyone within sight by the registers...like they're hiding. Twice the fries were so old they broke in half and so salty I couldn't eat them if I wanted to. Once they were out of chicken strip and once they were out of coleslaw. They have best chicken strip around if you can get them. Went through tonight and systems were down and I couldn't understand what he was saying through the speaker because it sounded like he had a mouth full of food. It's sad you all are my first choice and I end up at Arby's.

We stopped on our way to the airport to have lunch service was okay but we couldn't find a clean table to sit and all the garbage cans were overflowing. Five employees were visible. There were just 4 customers in the dining area.

The young man that took my order was very friendly. Things went down from there. When I arrived, there were no cars in the dining room parking area. There was one car waiting for a drive-thru order. I became the second in line to wait. After the first customer received their order, it appeared there were issues. In the meantime, I was also asked to pull up and wait....there were no other cars. When I finally got my order and prepared to leave, the worker returned and told me the order was wrong. He took the order back and brought out the "correct" order. This time, I checked it. It was incomplete. So, I had to park my car, go inside, and get the rest of my order. I stress, there were no others in the drive thru and, at this point, only one customer inside at the counter. It should not have been so time consuming to place and pick up a drive-thru order.
