This is my 2nd visit to this Bojangles store. The biscuits are perfectly cooked & are flaky and buttery. The sausage has just the right amount of mild spice. The egg isn’t dried out at all and was very good. The whole sausage egg and cheese biscuit is enough of a reason to come again. And the fries? I am literally in love with the Bojangles fry seasoning. The only critical thing I can say is that while the biscuits are hot and fresh the fries are cold. I didn’t deduct a star because we just pop them in the oven when we get home. However reheating them can cause the texture to be off. Hopefully the next time I go the fries will be hot.

This locations food is good! The people is what the problem is! If yall applied to work in a place where yall will need to interact with humans all day, why do yall act like you employees hate it?? You employees are dry! I walk in & there should be no reason why I should GREET YALL first instead of yall greeting me. When I’ve ordered & I’ve seen other customers order, yall have such a blank stare, as if we are disturbing yall! Get it together! Pls! It takes not a dollar out of y’all’s checks to be kind & welcoming!!

Menu & prices have changed drastically. The Cajun chicken biscuit is no longer. Not sure what type of meat ball they are serving now, but it's no comparison to the delicious filet they used to serve. They have covered the drive thru window. It just make the paying customer uncomfortable & question what are you trying to hide???‍♀️?

Roberto & his team are sadly incompetent. Firstly, the mobile app has no selection for picking up your food through the drive thru. Though I've always been able to receive my food through the drive thru before tonight, this time I was asked to come inside. While annoyed, they were now enforcing this policy, so whatever.

Upon entering, I quickly grab my food & go. I return home and notice that my food is incorrect. I call & was met with a rude explanation of how they might remake it if "they weren't busy."

There's a few problems here:

1) The app has no option for drive-thru - which is remarkably behind every other fast food place that does.

2) Roberto seems unprepared for management. His problem-solving skills & customer service skills are poor representations of Bojangles's values.

3) If you're going to have all of that time to prepare my food since I ordered in advance, at least get it right. Don't be rude and ineffective. Then, you just look silly! :)
