News alert! There is no reason your lobby should be closed during business hours.Covid is long gone.Oh, unless you have poor management/turnover. Do better! It's even a Saturday for Pete's sake!I used to like to come here but service is nonexistent anymore.

This location doesn't get enough credit. I come here all the time and their service and quality is always on point.

hello brain

The people were wonderful in there working. The chicken sandwich and steak sandwich was delicious. Great food any time a day even though it's for breakfast.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair parking place and a ramp to get in bojangles.

Stopped by drive through for lunch 2-21-24. Employees were courteous and friendly. Ordered the Bojangles fish sandwich. That is one tasty fish sandwich. Best 5.49 I have spent in quite a while. Good job guys, that's how it's done. Thank you.

The fish sandwich tasted terrible and does NOT resemble any advertised ones in photos. No customers around anywhere. There was one service person so told to wait while it was prepared. Only wanted the sandwich and it was total of $6.00 which is insane. Don’t drive thru this place -/drive on past it. Too many other places to spend hard earned money. I took a photo of the sandwich and it’s pathetic.

On 2/14/24 @ 10:00 a.m., This Bojangles located in Hermitage on Lebanon Road has extremely poor management. I ordered several breakfast meals and unfortunately did not check the bag until I got home and realized my order was incomplete. I went back over to Bojangles to let them know that my order was incomplete and they completed my order. But I requested a courtesy for having to return and wait in the long lines again. The manager said she wasn’t giving me free food as if that’s what the courtesy is really supposed to be about. It’s about providing and maintaining customer service. For starters, I should not even have had to ask, but she was so rude in her delivery of letting me know she wasn’t giving me a courtesy. I am also going to reach out to corporate on this because you want people to represent your company in a better way than this particular manager. Her attitude is horrible despite my kindness to her. I chose not to argue with her, I just said, thank you, and went on my way and decided to write this review, and we will reach out to corporate

Just tried to get food at the Bonangles in Hermitage, TN. The dining room was closed. The drive through at 11:30 in the morning was sketchy. It took five minutes for someone to answer when I asked if they were open. I asked for the new chicken and rice bowl that was advertised on their sign but was told “we don’t have that yet. We haven’t started lunch yet. Maybe in 30 minutes”. When I asked for the supreme chicken tenders, I was told I could only get a 12 piece meal. Nothing less. When I asked how much that was, the female said “oh lawd” as if I was bothering her. Complete radio silence after that. I drove off. I wish there was a way to contact the owner or corporate. I don’t know how they stay in business. Especially with a Popeye’s right down the street. Don’t waste your time here.

The Bojangles on Lebanon Road in Hermitage should be closed. The staff was very offensive hand rude. You never know when the inside restaurant is going to be open for service. The business is not very accommodating to the customer. The owner and manager should take a good look at the staff they have hired to see if the restaurant could be a better place in which to eat. We wanted to dine in but we were told that we had to go through the drive-thru in order to place our order...

The first couple times the food & service were so good. However, when we visited on Sunday 12/10, everything changed. We pulled up, to go inside and the doors were locked. 2 kids were sitting in the dining room. I saw an employee peeking around the corner. There was another employee sitting in the parking lot smoking weed. Drove past the drive thru to leave and noticed someone had started placing an order on the screen, but there was no car at the speaker, so someone else left as well. Definitely will not be back to this location. So disappointing.

Horrendous service. Lost several orders prior to us. And told us we had our food when we had not received it. Staff was incredibly rude. 10/10 do not
