Bone's Fish & More

I’ve been coming to this drive thru for years, and the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. Since the fish is cooked to order, it might take a few extra minutes but it’s well worth the wait. The service is friendly, and they really take pride in what they do. One of my favorite spots.

Fish not freshly cook asked not to hard fry, fish was hard, seems liked reheated old fish, the sides was good.

Wish they had a sit down restaurant next door to my house.

I ordered two white fish dinners with spaghetti and coleslaw. My fish was very hard. I called to complain and they told me nothing was wrong with my food. Customer is always right. I spent $32. Never will I go there again if you want people business do right by them to keep them coming back Never again and the plate was so small not worth my money and the fish had lots of bone, my fish look like they fried it and then fried it again when the order was placed.

My wife and I received this place as a recommendation from the hotel while visiting Nashville. If you ever visit, this place is a must. The catfish was awesome and more importantly the customer service was as well. Additionally, this is a 2go spot, no dine-in.

The fried fish did not disappoint ?. I called ahead and didn't have to wait but 1-2mins while a car was in front of me.

Honestly, I used to like this place but this last time I went I think they were having an off day. The grease that they’re cooking the fish in is up too high.My Catfish sandwich was rubbery and not crispy at all. it was hot which was great but the cook on it wasn’t there and the batter isn't good either. It’s almost like they mix cornmeal and flour. Probably won’t be back.

Fantastic small business. Only place you can get fried fish the right way really. Not to take away from the catfish but the Polish is incredible.

Ordered whiting fish sandwiches and received Tilapia instead which is unacceptable will not be spending any more money with this establishment..I specifically asked that there be no substitutions and when my order was delivered I asked the lady if it was whiting fish which she assured me it was only to get home and find the wrong order and it's overcooked curled up..another way of deceiving an uninformed public who are purchasing superior fish and actually receiving a lesser quality item. I would give a zero star but it's not available.

They never open on time. It’s almost 12 pm and they still have the closed sign with a “call the cook” number.

Service was cool, but my order was wrong. I don’t like to say hey, my order is wrong so I ate it. I originally ordered a catfish combo (catfish and fries + drink) but was given a catfish sandwich with mustard, onions, and pickle + fries. The catfish was bland and hard. The fries and the soda were the best part of my meal, literally. The fish taste like it was old grease. Maybe new cooks per my bf not recognizing the people working. Maybe I’ll try again.

Customer service was amazing! I wasn't rushed to order...the food was good & my fresh was fried crispy like I asked & the lemonade was fresh & didn't taste like nasty unclean tap water with dirty spouts! My experiences here has NEVER let me down! Been going here for 5 yrs now!

Today i decided to go to Bones had a taste for some fish and bones have never disappointed me! But today i don't know what was going on. I don't know if they used a different batter for their fish or a different brand of catfish! But me and my daughter fish was hard at the ends and also hard to pull a part! Never in my life have i had catfish that is hard to pull apart! I have had Bones on several occasions but today they really disappointed me! I wasted my 12 dollars!
