The coffee is amazing. We were there four days in a row, and only on the fifth day did anyone smile at us. I stopped to thank her for smiling as we were told coming into the city about Southern Hospitality. We struggled to find that as much as we really did try! We are kind and go out of our way to say thank you as we have been in hospitality for years. Again, phenomenal coffee and great service Friday morning. I wish we would have asked her name.

Had breakfast here twice. Second time another patron accidentally received our food, took a while to get our order bc of this. The manager and the employees went ABOVE AND BEYOND when rectifying this. They not only apologized profusely but got our food out to us and then tried to refund the entire ticket.

Great shop, great atmosphere, great place to sit and have a conversation, the dessert selection is amazing, the biscotti selection even better. The customer service is beautiful, the people who work there are very friendly and beautiful. With that said, the coffee for some reason tastes off, I tried a drink called the red eye and it really tasted off. I then came back another time and tried the Mocha and once again the coffee tasted off. I'm not sure what it is that makes...
