Fresh, hot (spicy and temperature), delicious. I went for spicy level: hot and it did not disappoint. The heat was strong without any agony. The sandwich was rich in sauciness without falling apart. Pleasant folks behind the window. So glad this was the place we stopped at for lunch on our road trip.

The hot chicken sando is a religious experience. Going in I was skeptical of their perfect 5 star rating on google but Brave Idiot absolutely delivers. Every single element of the sandwich was perfect. The soft bun, savory chicken thigh expertly breaded and fried, with the pepper relish, pickles and pimento cheese spread…it just might be the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had.
