I went to another Bricktop in Franklin and it was a sore disappointment. We hardly saw our waitress and it wasn't even a busy day. So I was apprehension to eat here at tissues location. But totally different experience at this location. VERY attentive amazing service. Food was amazing nice atmosphere. Would definitely eat at this location again.
Went there on a Friday afternoon right at noon. Didn’t make a reservation, which was my bad but the wait wasn’t too bad. I waited about 20 minutes. I took my team there to celebrate and it was a great spot to take them to since we are in the West End area. Most of us ordered the meatloaf and it was a big hit. This was such a great dinner for us tonight with friends. Three of us had ribs, which were super good. I had leftovers, which I forgot to take when we left. When I went back to see if they were still there, they had been disposed, but made me more ribs to taken home. Trikt above and beyond service.
