Greatly improved! I’ve been to this location previously and experienced the poor and rude service and the dated atmosphere with no tables and dirty ceiling tiles. But all that seems to have changed. This morning, the place was fully staffed with friendly, cheerful employees, plenty of tables, and greater cleanliness. The bagels have always been great. Come back to our local bagel place!

Awful. They were cash only. the place smelled like burnt bagels, the employees were busy with their conversation- didn't acknowledge me. I just got a cup of coffee. It was HORRIBLE. Tasted burnt and watered down. The worst was the table where you get cream & sugar. It was covered in sticky goo. There were only 3 customers. Shut up and clean up!!!!

Agreed with the other reviews. It's almost comical how poorly this place is run. If you have a spare half hour and want to be entertained by the irony of the service level, give it a try. I haven't experienced the risk of food poisoning that the other reviews mention (yet), but won't be making a return visit after reading the other reviews and realizing how representative my experience was.

Waited 20 minutes for an egg and cheese bagel, they weren't even that busy. Apparently forgot about my order. While waiting, they yelled at me on occasion in some unintelligible dialect about my order and seemed to think that was funny. I was totally respectful and patient the whole time, they truly seem to get a kick out of antagonizing their own customers.

I did finally get my food although there was no semblance of apology for the wait time. I live around the corner so was hoping this would work. After this experience I thought I'd online order next time, but checking the other reviews that apparently doesn't help.

There is a Dunkin Donuts down the street with a drive through, just sayin 🙃

NEVER in my life have I experienced someone so rude, I am honestly shocked that you have any customers or are still in business. Apparently this is nothing new for yall, but WOW. All I have to say after that experience, where you deliberately started serving the people behind me in the spot you told me I could not order from, after they even said “wasn’t she just here?”, you better believe I will be letting everyone I know to avoid yall at all costs. I just left the line it was so blatantly rude and upsetting. Pretty sad, we have loved this place for a while, as have so many people we know, but never again!

Consistently the worst Brugger's I've ever been to - it's close by, so I kept going... but just can't justify it anymore. Food is always haphazardly thrown together, barely warm. Employees are embarrassingly unhelpful. I understand the food service industry is rough, but this is a situation where you fire everyone involved or just close the store.

Every time I go here I remember why I don’t like going. The customer service is not good at all. There is always someone with a rude attitude at the register. Not a welcoming environment.

WORST experience ever. Rude staff leader. Went in to do mobile pickup, worker lady gazing in anger at the wall like it was a bother to help someone. Got order and was missing a bagel and had to literally argue that I was a bagel short and showed mobile order. Confrontational about everything being in the bag. Though they tried to remedy the situation by remaking items, the eggs are moldy like other reviews show. Health department needs to do a visit. Owner needs to restaff.

Waited for a long time just to place an order. They were rude, barely listened, and didn't even toast the bagel. Also, menu prices are not accurate. Was more expensive than anticipated.

Wow, just wow.

I am a Nashville native. Brueggers has been a before-school occassional treat since my early years, and once brought so much joy to the community.
That being said...
The staff in there has become so unbearably rude that I guess I am finally out of more chances (and I have given them many extras because their bagels are so yummy, plus it's so convenient to our morning route).

Not only is the music extremely loud, but usually highly inappropriate lyrics for the child-filled customer line. I was reading recently reviews and just nodding. And yes, if the employees ever so much as crack a smile, it's because of the music.

We have had multiple occasions where our bagel has the remains of whichever smear the previous customer added to their bagel - wipe the spreader!!! Maybe even use a different spreader for each topping...? Just a thought. BUT, do not yell at me and argue with me when I point out the tomato paste on my son's cinnamon bagel - it's NOT strawberry cream cheese. Stop arguing with your customers.

THEN, we decided to start pre-ordering in hopes to have the order ready on the designated shelves so we don't have to get yelled at. Nope, they hold it hostage at the front register so you still have to talk to them. But don't bother ordering your to-go toasted. They won't do it - give it a try, seriously! 4 different friends have told me their recent orders have also all come untoasted. I guess they figure it's takeout, so by the time you notice, it's too late. Cool.

So as a final desperate attempt to maintain these yummy bagels in my children's lives, I decided to bulk order them and just keep them in the freezer. I placed my order before 10am, but picked up shortly after noon. Was on the phone and hoped to go in and quickly grab it since the lobby was completely empty and I was running 10 minutes behind. Nope. They held it hostage and then started yelling at me about how I should have known that those specialty flavors would have been out by that time of day. They are supposed to be open until 2pm, so why would they not make more to sell, right?

Sad to say, I am confident I gave them more chances than they deserved.

If the franchise owners are interested in selling, I would love to bring it back to it's previous glory.

I’ve never been here before today. The young lady working the register was so kind to me. I told her I had never been here before and she told me her favorites and let me try two of her favorite cream cheese options to boost the taste of the bagel I picked. Also 10/10 for the chocolate cold brew. Definitely will be comming back :)

Went here to get a dozen bagels and had an absolutely horrific experience. Extremely rude and vindictive staff. Will not be back. I filled out a questionnaire about my experience that was emailed to me with a very detailed account of what happened. I never heard anything from Brueggers. These are just computer generated responses.
