Waitstaff was so rude, they don't even acknowledge your there, they didn't even ask me for my order she just looked at me. When I gave her my order and paid for it i told her have a good day she didn't even say anything. Then they bagel was even toasted like I wanted it, mind you it was for my 92 yr old client. I'll never go back there again
Ive been to this location twice both times... AMAZING! First Ill start with the quality of the Bagels (best outside downtown nashville in this area) HANDS DOWN! These guys actually boil them first, one of the most important steps to making bagels thats where everyone else fails and you end up with a stiff ring of bread. The woman that served me was rude. She was rude to everyone! All I ordered was a bacon egg and cheese Bagel, when I asked to toast it she said”we toast everyone. I am not stupid I knew they warmed the damn thing to melt the cheese but I asked for it to be toasted. They had the toaster on already so it wouldn’t be difficult to turn around and put the bagel through. Then it could be warmed to melt. She could have asked if I wanted it toasted before she heated the sandwich...
