So we came for a specific football game. We asked the manager for the game to be on the big screen and he refused. Another customer asked him to put our game on the big screen and he refused.
There is a bell that goes off twice when someone enters or exits. It is the worst thing I’ve ever heard. You must have a lazy staff if they need an alarm to go off during business hours to tell you to go help people.
We ordered over a hundred dollars worth of food and drinks and the waitress was in a hurry to give us the bill. I paid it and tipped well and she never returned to our table. We sat for over an hour with empty glasses.
My favorite two things that happened was the crew began to clean the carpet with a broom and dustpan while we were enjoying the game. The guy doing the cleaning kept making as much noise as he possibly could. I think he missed the old days of himself in the marching band banging the drums. Also one of our crew got sick from the food. I will never drive down the road that this place is on due to the horrible conditions. I hope new management takes over and they fix it.

B dubs is bdubs it's always hit or miss with service and food. Its much like my golf game either my irons are on point or my woods are on point but they are never good on the same day. The food and service here play by those same rules somehow.

I placed an order through the DoorDash app and the order arrived and to my surprise, one box had a cockroach inside and my annoyance is how are they not going to notice that it was inside? The order was for my children and they sent me photos and even though we threw away the food, they only gave me back half of what I paid, so you can think how hygienic this place is.

Worst BWW to ever go to!!! No busy at 1215 on a Saturday but every waiter walked past my table!!! Worst service ever by the time u get a drink the ice is melted…when the food combs out it’s worse than the service cold n hard!!! Management obviously has zero experience!!!

This place sucks so bad! We came to this location to try out the unlimited apps . We sat down and it was 30 minutes before out server ALYSSA came to the table. She took out drink order and it took 25 minutes before we received our appetizer. Our drinks went empty and she did not come back by. People from the kitchen brought our appetizers and our meals to us. Alyssa was more attentive to the dirty tables and talking with co workers. We wont be back.
Please avoid at all costs!! We went yesterday our wings were sooo hard. Fries ice cold. How do you burn a cheese burger off the kids meal. To top it off one dip for the wings. Never again 😒 I was highly disappointed especially being pregnant. We couldn't even enjoy our food.

I don’t comment much on anything. Whoever is in charge here now is letting the kitchen get away with too much. I wanted to drive my food back up here but didn’t want to risk facing the consequences of me spazzing out. I’ve been going to bww for a couple of decades. This is by far the worst one. I’ll never go back. Really shouldn’t be eating here anyway but it’s where I place most of my sports bets. Y’all just make sure y’all check your bags before leaving when ordering takeout.

First time we tried coming here it was seat yourself. We spent 30 minutes waiting to be spoken to by a server and no one came.
We thought that may have been a one off situation so we thought we would try coming here again weeks later. NO CHANCE WE’D BE BACK.
This Buffalo Wild Wings is the nastiest, most disorganized location we’ve ever been to regardless of the amount of customers or time of day.
Today, we seat ourselves and upon sitting, see an ant in the salt shaker. GROSS. After waiting 10 minutes a server brings our water and there’s half of a dead bug on the water glass??? Insanity. We have worked in several restaurants and you have to put in the effort to be this negligent. Tables and menus were not clean either despite there being maybe 10 other customers at most. Off putting and disturbed by this.
If they are this comfortable with uncleanliness where customers CAN SEE, I can’t imagine what’s in the food/kitchen.

Been standing at the To-Go line for 10 minutes without anyone saying a word to me. 2 servers have been sitting on a bench 15 feet away and standing at the drink station scrolling on their phone the entire time I've been here without offering to help.
