If I could put 0 stars I would. If you have the time drive to the Mt. Juliet store DO IT, because this one is absolute trash. Both managers stand around on their phones while everyone else is drowning. Coming from a manager myself this is absolutely embarrassing. The amount of times I have walked out of this establishment because we can’t get greeted within 5 min let alone 15 is ridiculous. I have no idea why I continue to give them grace and go back. Never again. The management there needs to be removed, that's where it all starts. I as a manager would never see a table sitting there un greeted for that long and not take their order.

Sat for 15mins without being greeted. We were finally noticed by a manager and they went to get the server. Server wearing a yellow lanyard, comes over and rudely drops the menus on our table and says ill be back shortly. We've already been here 20 minutes at this point, we know our entire order by now. We just got up and left. If you want wings, just go to the location in Mt. Juliet. Service and food is so much better.

My server Sonya was so rude a gave me the most terrible customer service. She gave my husband a dirty glass with stuff floating at the bottom, and then when he asked her for another one, she rolled her eyes at him. She couldn’t even get my son a refill on his drink. My cheesesteak was cold. She didn’t even bring our food out all at the same time and had an attitude when we asked where my husband’s food was. She couldn’t get us to go boxes. We had to go to the front to pay our ticket after waiting 10 mins for her to just keep ignoring us. Shelby insisted I chased the server sound the restaurant just to my bill. Ridiculous. Chloe was a sweetheart even though she wasn’t our server she was very nice and helpful. I do appreciate her. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings an I would never return to this location. Sonya should find a new job if she doesn’t like the one she has now.

So we came for a specific football game. We asked the manager for the game to be on the big screen and he refused. Another customer asked him to put our game on the big screen and he refused.
There is a bell that goes off twice when someone enters or exits. It is the worst thing I’ve ever heard. You must have a lazy staff if they need an alarm to go off during business hours to tell you to go help people.
We ordered over a hundred dollars worth of food and drinks and the waitress was in a hurry to give us the bill. I paid it and tipped well and she never returned to our table. We sat for over an hour with empty glasses.
My favorite two things that happened was the crew began to clean the carpet with a broom and dustpan while we were enjoying the game. The guy doing the cleaning kept making as much noise as he possibly could. I think he missed the old days of himself in the marching band banging the drums. Also one of our crew got sick from the food. I will never drive down the road that this place is on due to the horrible conditions. I hope new management takes over and they fix it.

B dubs is bdubs it's always hit or miss with service and food. Its much like my golf game either my irons are on point or my woods are on point but they are never good on the same day. The food and service here play by those same rules somehow.

Clean. Bright. Great atmosphere. Food was served promptly with a smile and tasted great. Server was a delight. Lunch specials include fries and drink. We will be back.
I placed an order through the DoorDash app and the order arrived and to my surprise, one box had a cockroach inside and my annoyance is how are they not going to notice that it was inside? The order was for my children and they sent me photos and even though we threw away the food, they only gave me back half of what I paid, so you can think how hygienic this place is.

Worst BWW to ever go to!!! No busy at 1215 on a Saturday but every waiter walked past my table!!! Worst service ever by the time u get a drink the ice is melted…when the food combs out it’s worse than the service cold n hard!!! Management obviously has zero experience!!!

This place sucks so bad! We came to this location to try out the unlimited apps . We sat down and it was 30 minutes before out server ALYSSA came to the table. She took out drink order and it took 25 minutes before we received our appetizer. Our drinks went empty and she did not come back by. People from the kitchen brought our appetizers and our meals to us. Alyssa was more attentive to the dirty tables and talking with co workers. We wont be back.
