Waited 10 minutes at table never even got acknowledged by any server and most tables empty were dirty. Very surprised because I have eaten end there before and at least they will say be right with you but not this time

Extremely disappointed with this location. Service is hit or miss, but mostly miss.
Ordered take out and did their wing special that was supposed to come with 20 boneless wings, large fry, and our side sauces. We only received the wings and were missing our fries and ranches. I called to let them know and was told I’d receive some sort of a refund, but that hasn’t happened and it’s been well over a week.
Anytime I’d order through DoorDash, stuff would be missing, including drinks.

Extremely poor service. Waiter came to our table a max 4 times? Its not busy at all either. When our order was being took she sat down? where do we do that at. Waited over 15 minutes for her to pick the check back up and when she was flagged down she did the “wait a minute” hand. This is ridiculous NO TIP!! Makes you just want to walk out and do a dine and dash for all this waiting. Fries were hard, fried pickles undercooked. Dont waste your time here go to hooters.

This restaurant can’t function properly at all on the basic level. Seems to be a trend. I should copy and paste from other reviews because I would be saying the same exact things. Piss poor service all around. Smelled, carelessness, long waits for simple things, witnessed multiple guests waiting at their tables to even be greeted, food coming out at different times, missing drinks. Terrible experience on Veterans Day. I will not be returning to this location even as a rewards member and would highly advise others to read the reviews and stay away!

Pick up to go order and the service was over the top awesome. Somehow I had failed to order the veggies and when I ask if they were there, I was told no, but she said “let me go get you some”. She said she would be happy to do that. I am over the moon how awesome that service was. she was so cheerful! Made my day!
Late night hang out with Owner of RBE Collections and Jones Boat Repair. For a great time. There Bartender Jessica was amazing ,very knowledgeable and helpful. She is funny too. Definitely coming back here!!

Food is good except the 🍟 and the box the wings come in be wet and falling apart by the time you make it home.

My friend group was served by a man named Armani, and he really made our night. He made sure everything was done to our liking and made sure everyone got the correct items. The service was swift, and the wings tasted fantastic. Even the Blazin' Knockout!

I am here now, busy Saturday night. I see 7 employees standing and chatting while I wait for my to go order. I looked around the restaurant and people are clearly looking for help. I saw my order come up and had to interrupt them to get my food. This is the last time I will give them my business. Mt Juliet is much more professional. EDIT: They must have been listening. Went there they other day, complete turn around on service and attitude!
