I ordered online and it was worth it! I got the Bot burger & the BCQ burger. The balsamic onion jam is perfect on the Bot burger and the onion rings on the BCQ, both are...*insert Chef's kiss*I was a little scared when I saw how small the delivery bag looked at first, but boy did I love what I found inside. The burgers are wrapped individually in paper, making it super easy to grab one, jump in & stuff your face. As it was delivery, I was prepared to be disappointed with cold fries, but they were actually still warm and so well seasoned that I kept eating....until to my horror, I ate them all in one go. Another pleasant suprise was the cheese curds, which I would say is a must. I ended up putting them on my Bot burger for even more delicious flavor... so yummy!Lastly, but probably the highlight to my first time with Burger Company was the BC Signature sauce. Generally I am not a fan of spicy flavors (and tbh it isnt that spicy- more like a perfect little kick). I could literally put this sauce on everything & be happy, it was sooooo good! I dont even know how I would describe it exactly, other than wonderful & a must-try.Sorry I didnt get any pictures. After the first bite, I couldnt be bothered to stop for pics-food was too tasty!

I tried the Luigi burger and crispy fries off someone's recommendation and I love them! The fries are crispy and seasoned well. They weren't greasy, not too dense or too airy. The Luigi burgers flavors all come thru and pair perfectly together. This is the only burger place in Nashville I've been to because I can't see any other place topping the taste.

Next to the Big Matt, the Luigi Burger might be the best in Nashville. I've been to every burger place of repute in town and top to bottom B&C has great burgers. And cheese curds almost make up for the now-gone cauliflower bites.

Just eh. Place was dead at 6:30pm so that should have been a sign. Waited about 35 minutes for burgers and we were literally two of ten people there. Everything was lukewarm when served. Would have been good if it was hot. Very clean and cool vibe. Burgers nothing to write home about though. Hot tots were ok but again weren’t fresh.

Tried Burger and company for the first time today and was blown away. The Nashville hot tots, sodas and cookies were all amazing on their own and then the burger was delicious. Bacon, jalapenos, cheese and a strawberry jam on a burger. Will definitely be back here often. Also, excellent GF buns available.

This is my favorite hamburger restaurant in the city by far. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is warm, friendly and purposeful, and the food itself is in a league of it's own. The burger is a nice-sized patty, reasonably priced, and the bun is the perfect level of crisp around the edges. Fries are good and milkshakes are just the cherry on top of the experience. Overall a great spot in the city.

Too pricey for the amount you get but it’s good.
We visited as part of a food tour, and the burgers we were able to sample were excellent. The prices in the menu looked extremely reasonable and we will likely visit the next time we visit Nashville.
