Currently SOSing in the drive thru. There are only 3 cars in line but I’ve been here for over 30 mins already and I can’t drive away because the drive thru is embanked. I never come but this just reminded me why BK sucks.

I don’t get Burger King often but when I do it’s always fresh and the workers are nice. Just want to say Thank you again to the night manager David and the other young man working the drive thru for being so helpful and patient even though it was busy and close to closing time. Hope they are getting recognized during these hard times.

The woman at the window was unbelievably rude and impatient, our order was wrong because she continually interrupted while we were trying to order, and she was dismissive and short with us when we were trying to correct it

Don't go here, they'll overcharge you and then lie about it. I ordered two egg and cheese croissants and the person taking my order entered it as two sausage egg and cheese croissants but hold the sausage, which resulted in us paying a higher price since egg and cheese is cheaper. We got to the window and explained the issue and we were told that it had been changed. But then when we got our receipt, we could clearly see it hadn't been changed and we were overcharged.

Probably one of the worst establishments I’ve ever been in. I went back to get the rest of my food that they didn’t include in the bag and then was argued with by an Associate who told me I had the food.
