This store was by far the best BK we have been to in a very long time!! Our order was 100% correct, service was spot on right down to the employee who was servicing the dining area. If you are in Nashville, you will not be disappointed if you choose to dine at this Burger King. I know we’ll go back!!Dietary restrictions: Have it your way went perfectly! I pulled up to the drive thru, where I was greeted promptly by a friendly employee. I pulled on around and there were 3 or 4 cars ahead of me. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I found myself at the window to pay and receive my food.2 whoppers and a large cheesy tots that were immediately handed to me- prepared perfectly, fresh and hot.All Burger King locations could do well to take notes from this location. This visit has returned Burger King to my go-to list for fast food.

Manager was cooking so I guess they were that short staffed (2 employees were sitting inside but they may have been on break), there’s a sign that say “Please use the kiosk behind you until a team member can reach you”. The sign was not necessarily hanging where it’s completely visible so customers are standing at the counter for literally over 5 mins before somebody decides to even acknowledge you. I can understand being busy, but RUDE is another thing. The other worker was working the window and would look at you and then turn around. A man came to speak with the manager and she literally yelled at him “DIDNT SHE JUST TELL YOU IM BUSY?! I’M COOKING!” Id this is the case close the lobby down and work off just the window! They were arguing as if cooking breakfast food in a fast food restaurant was like a 5 star restaurant downtown. I waited 27 mins on my order and NEVER got it because I refused to wait any longer. They just need to go ahead and shut this one down.

Ordered two Whopper jrs. They came out cold . Then then return them they microwaved them and they were soggy. Then when I return them again they were argumentative asking me how I wanted it . I said made normally without hot lettuce and tomato. Eventually I just asked for a refund and it takes 5-7 business days . Also staff was rude and dismissive. Never eat here save your money

On Tuesday 12/19 BK was supposed to be open until midnight and I placed an online order at 11:30pm and when I got there all doors were closed and I was told it was closed. False advertising & laziness. Next day I order an "Ultimate Wrap Party", it's missing a Whopper but I only realize back at the hotel. Don't come here, they will disappoint you ?

I pulled up at 10:30, the guy said they were closed because he has been there by himself. Why? They close at midnight. Over working your staff is awful. Management has to step up and fill in regardless if they are salary. Teamwork matters. Why come to work if they have no support. There’s one car in the parking lot. Why? Y’all will be shut down before you know it.
