On February 22, 2025 I used Burger Kings mobile app to order my food on my way to work that morning. When I got there, the restaurant was closed.
I went back on the mobile app to request a refund. It was denied. I’m wondering why in the world they would deny a refund when a customer didn’t get what they paid for due to the restaurant being closed.
Burger King must make a lot of money stealing their customers money.
