It was okay it took them quite a minute to come to the counter because I was paying cash it wasn't busy just all in their own world I got my order I got my food and it was hot and tasted okay but they didn't even bother to ask if I needed jelly guess you kind of have to tell him that now

I asked for fresh food. I ordered the original chicken sandwich no mayo, add tomatoes, mustard and cheese cut in half. I received and chicken sandwich with extra mayo (drenched) and none of the changes I asked for. The onion rings were Luke warm. The jalapeño cheese bite were fresh. I called the restaurant and got no answer.

With all of the scams going on I'm not sure why drive thru employees are allowed to have their phones. I was there on November 19th around 5:00pm and notice that the woman at the window pulled out two phones after scanning my card. Why they all were in the same hand before handing it back to me, I don't know 🤷🏻♀️. It seems sketchy if you ask me.

I had such a great experience at the drive-thru today! The employee(Antquan ) helped me was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I pulled up. They greeted me with a genuine smile, spoke clearly, and made sure my order was correct without rushing me. He recommended the jalapeno bites , they were so good. I only got 4 and I will be going back to get more. His customer service is wonderful.

Awesome staff. Breakfast is always great. My main spot for a cheap yet delicious breakfast.
They would rather argue with and get rude with a customer rather than accept a simple request. If you do manage them to take you requests, dont expect to have it done right. I asked for spicy glaze. Either on a certain sandwich or on the side. Which seems to be the most impossible thing.
