Seems to be about a 50/50 chance that they will stop responding to the drive-through a few hours before close. Last time this happened I circled around and tried to go inside. One of the workers rushed to lock the door as I tried to walk-in and her and another lady got in my face telling me that I needed to leave and refusing to answer with names for the manager or district manager.

the other night my family ordered burger king for one they burnt the chicken on one of the sandwiches and didn’t add what was supposed to be on there .. for two I woke up 5am stomach on 1000 been going back and forth to the bathroom 100times a day . Burger king gave me food poisoning I don’t know what yall put in y’all’s food but this is unacceptable fr . i’ll never eat at this nasty ass place again for sure 👎🏾

This is not to imply that the current store management is lacking; rather, it highlights that Ms. Reesey's talents are not fully recognized. Additionally, after reviewing numerous comments, I would like to emphasize the importance of equipping employees with the necessary tools to perform their roles effectively. Therefore, BK should enhance its support for staff, as employees like Ms. Reesey could help elevate the brand to compete with McDonald's once again. Bad service I order on the drive thru, they also didn't have half the menu form #6-#9 and no fiery chicken fries When I got to the window she was like can u repeat the order ... I told her LARGE twice and I wanted a strawberry lemon frosty She also asked me what sauce for my chicken fries I said bbq... She doesn't know how to speak English And she gave me a small drink witch was a regular lemonade it was a regular lemodaland small fry and no bbq sauce... She was rude and not friendly...I told her hey I order large and she took my fries and just put them in a separate bag and gave it back to me.... Burger King what's going on..

Ordered a cheeseburger and fries around noon. The cheeseburger was so hot I couldn’t even pick it up. Once it cooled down, the bun got hard. It’s like they took it out of the fridge and put it in the microwave for a minute. I ate a few bites and my stomach started hurting…. I just paid $6 for a leftover burger and a stomach ache. This location always disappoints, I’ve learned my lesson this time.
