Workers are always kind and food is always fresh. So far this is the best BK I’ve patronized in the Nashville area. I’ll keep going as long as things stay the same.

Got the order wrong, didn't give me receipt I specifically asked for and needed, very rude and hateful. Normally the service is decent today it was horrible

My chicken sandwich just didn't taste right, it was as if it was too salty. The flavor was just off. As I ordered my food the person taking the order over the speaker was rude, she has no customer service skills at all. If I would've just driven off once she came on the speaker with her rude self I never would've experienced being disappointed and dissatisfied. Oh also they had no burger meat that day only items on the menu 6 through 10 I believe. I feel like if the customer service was better the whole experience would've been better. Train these ppl like corporate is watching, they should take orders like their auditioning for heaven!

When it comes down to using codes this location always says “we don’t see it” asking my name but then saying “I can’t do anything” so you’ll need to contact the app🙂proceed to pull around to contact support…went through once more and now she sees it “you have a mobile order” YES obviously if I told you my name. Like are yall just gone do a sloppy with customer service every time?

Kept a bunch of cars waiting in line for 40mins the went on lunch. I backed up went around and saw two staff eating inside and one smoking. This place Is not managed properly. Not cool. It’s not like we are getting the food for free… come on!

The Worst chocolate shake I've ever had. Took three sips and wasted $4 :( . Made with cheap syrup not actual chocolate ice cream

This Burger King really needs to be cleaned up on the exterior. The appearance I think might actually drive customers away. They did a good job cleaning the building up but the cleanliness and the parking lot looks terrible.

Listen, the young man in the window was phenomenal! He had a very difficult customer b4 me & when I got to the window, I could tell he was highly frustrated (understandably so), but he held it together. After the disrespect I saw him received, I was impressed with how he kept his composure

It's a Burger King, not fine dining, although the triple Whopper was an experience. Counter staff were efficient and fast. Actually, the new fried pickles weren't half bad!
