Darell McClain is so rude doest'n have good customer service.The manger Thomas was nice and so was the new lady was to he was aggressive I was asking about my burger he saw me standing at the register he went to the back. Ask sombody needs to help her he was loud were I could here him I said can you help me he twisted away and said in a dive voice not my job . Oh I will not be back at all

I was hoping for a new building and new staff they would have better service but I was wrong. Went here and they forgot half my order, didn't answer the phone when I called, and were rude to me when I told them they forgot my order. Never again. Hire better people

These kids that worked there are irresponsible for doing a job that an older adult can do. My Whopper had Cheddar cheese, instead of white Cheddar. Get your stuff together. Hired mature adults that will do a better job

This BK needs to shutdown or completely fire and replace every last person here. A halfway decent business could be here instead. Constantly rude employees no matter how hard you try to be kind to them and food is ALWAYS COLD! No coupon, no refund, nothing will ever get me to visit this place again. Check my reviews, I dont blast businesses like this.

Time I placed my order was 5:38 PM on 9/6 /2024. The guy who took my order was super nice 👍🏼 and helped me a lot and gave me the best service. Another lady was nice to ~ pretty much all the workers nice.

The people who work here are ignorant and lazy.
All the way up to the managers.
They shut down the registers in the lobby to force people to go through the drive-thru.
This is so that they only have to serve one person at a time, and so that they don't have to do very much work and therefore can't be rushed.
When you go through the drive-thru, they try to make everybody pull forward so they can bump the screen and make it appear as though their drive-thru timer has a low average.
I've watched them make four cars in a row pull up and Park just so they could get to the last car in line quickly.
After doing this, they would come out sometimes twice just to ask me what I ordered.
And then almost always get the order wrong.
The food is put together poorly, and they never remember napkins or sauces.
This is laziness and unprofessionalism at its core.
Do not shop here.

I would also like to add that the fact that they closed their lobby to the public to force people to go through the drive-thru caused me to have to miss my lunch break today.
I walked across the parking lot expecting to be able to eat at a table inside of the restaurant, and because I had to walk back across the parking lot without having been able to eat I didn't have enough time to go somewhere else because I refuse to shop here anymore.

P.S.
I went to cookout after work which is right next door, and I was the sixth car in line at the drive-thru.
They got my order right the first time; the food was amazing; the staff were very nice and accommodating; and I was served and on my way within 7½ minutes.
Not to mention I got more food for cheaper.
Definitely go to Cookout next door!!

Slow to get your food wait in line to long they to taking orders with only 3 people waiting then wait 10 minutes before they start back I think they don't have the help.

Do not eat at this Burger King the food is still the meat is old. Do not waste your money. Something was wrong with the chicken and the hamburger. the bread was old and the condiments were steel. I reported it to the board of health. Unacceptable to thumbs down.

My family and I went through the drive thru and ordered 4 impossible whopper meals. I was then charged over $45 for the food. After I was charged I was told they were out of impossible whoppers. My family and I don’t eat meat so we asked for a refund but they weren’t willing to provide one. I contacted customer support and was then called by the manager. I was told I would get a call back to see if I can get a refund over the phone. It’s been over a week now with no response.

Annoyed with the the cashiers choice of waiting til the last car in the drive thru to tell us sorry she's closing at 11:20 due to her being alone. Mind you we were the last ones in back of four others. SmhThat definitely made me feel some way. ??
