I don't understand how this location can even be open. Staffs most of the time rude. Food cold always don't matter if they have now orders to fill but yours it's still gonna be cold. Inside is ran down looks like it needs a remodel. Don't get wrong I've gave them multiple chances and 8 out of 10 times the experience is horrible.

Order food online went to pick up after 10 mins. Still had to wait 10 mins for food. Smh only reason I'm complaining is cause lunch break is 30 mins. Couldn't even eat the food

Went to use the restroom was yelled at by the manager do be messing my bathroom up an not in funny kinda a rude very harshly way I was surprised but said Im a grown woman I don't think I'll be messing anything up!!!

Bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush, no soap in broken dispenser, floors were slimy and sticky throughout, dirty in general throughout, out of large cups for some reason. Noone at register at noon(lunch) interior in disrepair. Food was no different than any other BK
