A homeless man came in the store to order food. He waited over 20 minutes for his food. So he went to the counter to get a refund. Manager name Rasinda came to the counter and cussed the man out! A man that was making food, cussed out the homeless man as well, chased the man out the door and assaulted the man outside. The manager Rasinda condoned that unbelievable behavior! That was horrible, I felt so sorry for him.

This the absolute worst restaurant on this side of town they are extremely unprofessional most of the time the food is not fresh place an order online but when I got here it was close use the virtual assistant to get my money back but of course they said five to seven business days

They're advertising a $5 meal deal. But the girl told us it was just a small burger and a drink. No fries no nuggets. Food was cold and not worth the $5!!
Waited in the drive thru for a good ten to fifteen minutes waiting on just my food. There was no one else in line. I ordered a double cheeseburger with cheese and ketchup only for them to give me a bacon whopper cheeseburger with everything on it so now I can’t eat my burger

I'm a delivery driver and I go to every place in and around town. I'm also from this area. This is probably one of the most unprofessional if not the most unprofessional place I have to go to. I pretty much won't go here anymore. They close the inside early nobody in this place wants to do any work. Inside will be closed at 5:00 or so p.m. drive-thru is backed up with no answer at the speaker for upwards of 5 to 10 minutes at a time. They're just in there joking around and not actually working. I've seen multiple employees just doing nothing. Other places have similar traffic and amount of people but are able to get people through much easier. This place should get negative five stars.

I go at least once a week ( drive thru) to get the french toast and hash browns. The,2 4 3 is the perfect solution for s cheap quick break fast. Customer service and the food is always fresh. They forget the ketchup sometimes. But I won't hold that against them. As I have ketchup at home. Very close to my home.
