Literally the worst Burger King on the face of the planet. just tried to go through at 10:15, they don’t close for 45 minutes but nobody will respond to the drive-through. Lobby is closed most of the time for no reason at all. Service takes an unexplainably long time. We need to give people raises so we can get the ones who don’t strive for anything out of there because this place is a dumpster fire.

This location always makes your food fresh, I have never had a difficult time ordering or getting an incorrect order. People are friendly and polite no wonder why the line is long at times ☺️ especially at night. Now I have tried all three of the new Frisco sandwiches they aren't big at all compared to Hardee's I think the price for them is Abit much for something that size. They are good but nothing to go crazy over ? to me it's kinda like eating a slider tbh but I always appreciate the workers their very respectful.Parking: It's plenty of space it's in a plaza right next to other businesses such as a game store, Walmart, gas station and other fast food places etc.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space for families to eat on the inside.Wheelchair accessibility: Their is a ramp to get up if needed.

OMGosh. This is the worse BK I have ever been to. I waited over 5-mins just for a regular whopper and plain whopper jr. They gave me wrong order first and when I finally did get it the whopper was pitiful. Barely any lettuce, no tomato, no pickles or keptcup. I will NEVER NEVER go back there again. For $6.00 and the time I lost for lunch so not worth it. So MAD!!!! Giving rest to dog.

They try to take your order so fast , I never get to finish placing my order. The food be cold jus rachet ! That's twice they did me like so!I live in Springfield and the burger King there is under staff.but they are more polite in taking and placing orders.I have never had such order placing dysphoria and confusion!The employees taking such responsibility on taking orders need to patience and listen until a resume of saying!
