My brother and I just got the SpongeBob meal here. Let me just say, you made the world’s greatest fry cook proud. Everything was so good and our krabby patties were wrapped with such care in their paper blankets…just like when SpongeBob tucked in the pickles under the slice of cheese and then read them a bedtime story. Perfection.

Arrived at this location drive thru at 1:05 pm on November 28, 2025 , before placing my order I had some questions about menu items/ deals. I began asking questions and the employee was extremely RUDE inpatient with an attitude and rushed me. So immediately I said no thanks ma’am I wont be eating here with this type of service. I called the restaurant as I drove off asking to speak with management and or higher supervision the rude employee that worked the drive thru was “claiming” to be the manager that answered the phone. I explained the situation that happened when I was trying to place an order management/staff was RUDE again kept getting smart and arguing with me SMH. This is my biggest reason why I don’t eat fast food due to poor customer service and experiences. The way I was spoken to and treated is unacceptable and especially from management.

This is the first cold impossible whopper I've had, really terrible. I also didn't even drink the Sprite because the machine was clearly low on syrup. I was already on the road when I realized this.

Made an online order through the app. Got a message 10 minutes after the delivery time telling me that the order was canceled and to call the store for questions. Called the store 3 times with no answer, so do not even know why the order was even canceled.

DO NOT EAT HERE !!!!!!!
After biting into my whopper sandwich, there was a live CENTIPEDE in my mouth. I tried to get the sandwich replaced or a drink to wash it out, but the RUDE MANAGER refused and didn’t care.

Was back in La Vergne this morning and decided to try the Burger King that has been remodeled wish I have avoided for 2 years because every single time I went there was some problem...
Can't say it was poor service...it was NO service... their new system has no human contact, absolutely appalling lack of understanding of customer service

Not that they were any better when actual people interacted with you at this facility
